I usually replace it every year or so because the buttons lose something. They double click or don't toggle as well as when it's new.

The USB Bluetooth transmitter receiver is glitchy, but the mouse can connect directly to a computer with bluetooth. I’m hoping the connections on the buttons last longer than the prior model.

Just keep it clean. my only issue is that I find that they stop working after 2 years and it gets more and more expensive.
