I appreciate the joystick grip that feels comfortable and fits my hand. I haven't noticed any discomfort even when playing for a long time. Equally important is the base grip that helps keep the unit from sliding around. Nothing worse than your joystick slipping during a crucial game moment. The programmable button are also a nice touch. They are easy to access and save time. Very happy with this purchase!
