This joystick is alright. I got it expecting the great quality of logitec but for some reason it feels cheap. And on the descripion it says left hand universal. Its not, it is only for the right hand. But this product is good and is fun. But i would rather have a different one.

This product must've been a lot more than $34.99 when it came out because it is one good of a product! Its really stable and firm, doesnt feel like a cheap product at all!

Solid joystick that has a nice heavy base so it stays where you put it. Pretty smooth. Buttons are easy to use.

Lost calibration after just a few months. Can NOT re-calibrate it. After going through the Calibration software.. the plane still takes off sideways... the rudder (twisting action) is off calibration, I have to constantly hold twisting the stick counter-clockwise for the plane to fly straight. Works great... but only for a few months.. then the hardware inside turns to doo-doo. I've gone through THREE of these; treated them all like a baby... and all of them went to doo-doo in 6 to 12 months. DO NOT BUY!!!! Use the money and buy a better Flight Stick.

I really like my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Precision Flightstick. It beats using the key board.

went to replace the exact same model that I've had for several years. the new one has a terrible build quality with several degrees of free play before sensor input... no... not adjustable dead zone... a loose handle. checked two different units in store... both had same issue. pretty disappointing as the original unit was excellent value and good quality.

After buying my first Extreme 3-D Pro Joystick by Logiteck I went stright home hooked it up and started playing halo combat evolved first edition. It was alsome and the controler gave me perfect control over the game like never before,but the let down happened the day after the return policy ended. the top toggle smaller joystick on top when used to control movement forward of my player had to be pressed harder to get it to work and finaly stoped working all togeather. I assumed a possible defect, and replace the controler with a new one from bestbuy, again after 30 days or so , the mico presure switch for forward movement felled agian the same as it did before.

Bought this joystick to play a flying game and it made the experience better.

Works flawlessly as advertised. Arrived on time with excellent tracking information.

It is a very basic entry-level joystick. The built-in throttle is nice to have, but requires having your left hand on the base instead of the keyboard, so make sure you map all your needed functions to it. Unfortunately, Logitech has abandoned this product. They still manufacture it, but the drivers have not been updated in over 8 years. The drivers still function, but they feel noticeably old and haven't been rolled into Logitech's universal driver suite and probably never will.

This controller has a good design and feel but the internal parts are cheap and unreliable. It may work well for a few months (If you're lucky) but will soon fail. My last 2 of these both lost the twist feature on the stick after only a month of use and some of the buttons on the base work at random. I will not buy from Logitech again.

This will not work with Vista or Windows 7. After about a few minutes of playing FSX, I get the blue screen. This is most certainly a driver issue and the company refuses to fix. I will be returning this for a new controller by the end of this week.

No manual comes with the Extreme 3d Pro Joystick, unable to start or use this product. Spent hours on line with Logitech trying to get information on how to use this product. Tried to obtain from Logitect access to a operating manual with no success. Wasted a lot of time fooling around trying to register without sucess not having all the model numbers they require. Several complaints were also stated on the Logitect information web site for the lack of manuals for the Logitech Extreme 3d Pro Joysticks. This unpleasant expeierice would make anyone have to think twice before ever bying a Logitect product.

This joystick is a very good joystick when it works for the month that it worked. The deign was very comfortable on my hand when using it. Spent three hours trying to find out what went wrong when it stopped working and it ended in failure so I write this in hopes that I save someone else the time and stress of trying to fix the problem with this product. I'd suggest that you avoid this product and buy something that actually lasts.

Was 5Star great controller but steam dropped support for it in Steam Client Update on Windows 11 in Dec2022. Doesn't work in steam anymore. Controller not detected. You have been warned.

Everything I needed and love the programmable buttons

The 3d pro worked awesome for me when I first brought it out of the box. I used it for FSX. I started noticing almost immediatly that I would have to unplug the controller once or twice almost every flight to recalibrate it. But now I can not go up or to the right, it is completly useless. Do not buy! I am not the only one, check out other reviews on the net and you'll see.

Save your money and buy the less expensive Logitech 3, which (I think) performs better!!
