Purchased as a gift for family member who is pleased with all functions.

It’s alright. Currently had it for a couple weeks. It’s not bad. It’s nice but it does malfunction sometimes like the touch stops working until I restart the iPad. So kinda annoying and the click sometimes thing I’m long pressing. Other than that not the worst. For the price I do recommend.

The computer can only fit into the case one way to match the cutouts. However, when turned on, the display was upside down. There were no instructions for unlocking the screen display.

Excelent keyboard, fits the bill for the price. Actually I bought 2 of them.

Overall disappointed with the new design. The previous version had a removable keyboard, this one is attached with a flexible plastic strip that doesn’t appear very durable. Wireless connection is flawless and functions well. Just wish the keyboard was detachable.

Good keyboard for IPad Air however there are occasional issues with keys sticking and not working due to key springs not returning the key to starting position. Recommend but keep an eye on issues

The mouse pad quit working everything else works and looks good

Key board is a compromise. Only intend for light use when going for this product. Keys came off after a weeks use.

I LOVE my iPad Air and now with the Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard case, I am even MORE IN LOVE. This combination seriously kicks the iPad Pro because the Folio Touch is powered by the iPad Air smart connector. So no headache of charging. Ever. I like the material, it looks like fabric but it's more a smooth touch textured material. It adds a little bit of size and weight, but that's to be expected. I will say the bumpers around the edge will protect the iPad Air. If you're wondering, the power button with Touch ID is still easy to reach and not obstructed. Typing is good, key travel is decent for a chiclet keyboard (oh it's backlit too!). I am typing on this and have no issues. Just a little muscle memory adjustment. The touchpad is smooth and works well. FYI Microsoft Office iOS has been updated to support the touchpad, so this keyboard really makes your iPad Air a proper laptop replacement. Seriously, everything is so amazing. If you're undecided. Trust me, this keyboard coupled with the iPad Air will do everything you need and you will be amazed.

I bought it open box and it's in perfect condition.

This product was okay. I didn't use it that long. I think I purchased a better one off amazon.

Great case down side is it grips your iPad tightly and it’s a hassle to keep removing in case u don’t want the keyboard in the way

This is my third Logitech keyboard case and I continue to be impressed by the quality, ease of use, and design of every single one. They keep getting better and better. The first nice surprise I had was that this was supposedly to be used with an iPad Air 4th generation but after trying it on one I decided to try it on a 2018 11-inch iPad Pro and it worked and fit perfectly despite the fact that it is designed for 10.9 inches. I don’t know if Logitech supports it when used that way but I like it. Although I never complained about battery life in my previous keyboards, this one doesn’t need to be charged as it draws power directly from the iPad. That’s not only very convenient but it also makes it even lighter than other models. The downside is that the iPad battery runs out a bit faster. Not a big deal if you charge it daily but you should keep that in mind. I found that clicking the trackpad feels harder than I would like but the keys feel nice and soft. It all work very well and no pairing is needed. Because I use the apple pencil frequently to draw, I like the fact that the case wraps around it when it is closed although I wish it held the pencil tighter. It says that it is home for Logitech Crayon too and it seems to holds that one tighter. For an Apple pencil user, that is somewhat disappointing. Overall, this is a nice, stylish Folio Touch Keyboard Case with good backlighting and premium feel. It does make the iPad act more like a laptop when you need one and I highly recommend it.
