Logitech Folio touch Keyboard case with trackpad and smart connector stopped working after the latest iPad Air update

This didn’t fit my iPad it was to big even though it was made for the size of my ipad

Bad product I’m not happy after update the trackpad not work anymore And I can’t fixed

Does not fit th IPad Air. Connectors do not align and the unit does not fit the container

Works perfectly and has a thick covering that protects my iPad. The stand is sturdy, and the keyboard does it’s job. I debated between this case and the magic keyboard, but for the price and functionality of the Logitech keyboard, I decided to go with this one.

So let me explain that summary. While my wife works she usually has to have a light on in order to see her keys and what she's doing on her laptop. Issue being, this creates a huge amount of glare while watching TV in the same room. I know, first world problems. Since getting this she no longer requires ambient light to see such things; that alone is worth the price of purchase for me. Once she got all her work items transferred over to the Air she was a happy camper, as well. She has had no complaints about bulk or other issues and I assume that even if she did, she would quickly realize this bulk is to protect her iPad Air. I don't give out a ton of 5-star reviews, and I realize this review is a little short, but the thing works really well plain and simple. It holds the pencil and also charges via the Air, so no charging of the Folio itself is required. Gotta love that!

Excellent keyboard for iPad. I actually use it with my 11 inch iPad Pro and it fits perfectly. This keyboard makes it feel like a laptop even more with the trackpad. I've been using it for the past few days and I love it. No need to charge. Just snap the iPad in the cover and you're done. Logitech just always seems to get it right. The thin profile is great. Not bulky at all. The keys lighting up is a plus and it holds the Apple pencil in place magnetically. This is a great alternative to the extremely expensive "magic" keyboard. I only wish that this keyboard would fold on a hinge instead of having a flap on the back to support. Nevertheless, this keyboard is great.

I've worn out 5 different brands of iPad keyboards, and this one I think will last a long time. Solid key response, nice touch, good quality build.

This being my 3rd or 4th Logitech protective case, I can honestly say they never skimp on quality and always stay consistent with excellent features, quality feeling item, and most importantly to me, Relaibility! Syncing to the keyboard is fast and when typing there's no delay or lag between keystrokes. I love it being back lit like an actual laptop. With a spot for your apple pen or stylus at the top. The frame is sturdy and padded for protection in case it slips from your hand. Also having a track pad much like a laptop being included is a must! alleviating the need for having to carry a mouse around. The case offers great protection for a very expensive tablet for a great price I'd highly recommend it for others

At first glance I wasnt impressed and then I picked it up and felt how well it was made, how nice the keys functioned and how the iPad fitted right in perfectly. The stylus holder is convenient and secure too. The keys have a very nice feel or function and are easy to get used to, the iPad fits secure, and the design and color isn't "IN YOUR FACE." It blends perfectly with any iPad and they look like one unit instead of two. I highly recommend this item..

I've tested Logitech's product lineup of Folio cases on a variety of iPads now, and they have been very consistent with providing a great supplementary product to iPads. For every iPad Air, you need this case. They are two pieces of the pie, two non-living beings that make a whole. It's a product that you didn't know you needed until you bought it. Simply put, it connects well, it looks nice, feels great, is very stylish, doesn't feel cheap, and gets the job done!

This thing is amazing. The things I love about this that stand out above all other keyboards accessories for the iPad are: 1. This acts as a case as well. Most of the products, including the Magic Keyboard, only cover the front and back. And if you're like me.. There is no way I am okay with the outer rim or anywhere on these expensive devices to be vulnerable to damage. The rim is also some type of durable sturdy rubber/silicone, so there is a slight give to it, which is great makes it fit in all nice and cozy. 2. The quality of the materials are A+. Can't ask for anything better. Its solid, professional, love. 3. Unlike the detachable keyboard version of this product, this product has a sturdy magnetic clasp that securely keeps the pencil contained while ensuring the case will not open accidentally. I previously tried the detachable version, and immediately was not happy. There is no clasp at all. The pencil is open to fall off and get lost, and though the feature is nice, the keyboard has to be removed too often for me to bother, and its just one more thing to get lost. This is a very sturdy and high quality product that I am so happy with!!!

I love my new Logitech Folio keyboard case. It was quick easy set up, the case for a sturdy good quality, the keyboard is quite & comfortable to type on, has short cut keys, you can adjust the brightness of the keys if needed which I really liked. It slim not thick & bulky, lightweight & fits in my backpack perfectly & it’s protected with the flip closer, I have no complaints

Enjoying the versatility of this air pad cover. Can easily flip from keyboard to touch screen. Rear stand is sturdy and magnetic closure is solid. Overall fit of cover is excellent with all ports clearly visible. Only con so far would be more color options to choose from.

This case is just an absolutely fantastic product. The build quality is top notch, nothing less than what I have come to expect from Logitech. The keyboard is extremely comfortable to type on, very similar to a laptop keyboard. It really makes the iPad feel more like a real laptop. I also love the fact that the keyboard is powered from the iPad itself, and doesn't need it's own batteries. Just one less thing to have to worry about charging, which is always appreciated. The four different use modes are really convenient. You can of course use it in typing mode like a laptop, which works really nice. You can fold the keyboard all the way back to use the iPad as normal, which is also very convenient if you are not interested in using the keyboard at the time. And then you can use the keyboard as a base of sorts, in conjunction with the kickstand and set it up in a viewing mode, really useful for when space is cramped, such as on a plane. Finally, is sketch mode, which admittedly, I have not used very much. It is where the case is almost completely flat, but raised just slightly using the kickstand. It seems like it would work pretty well if that is something you need. Overall, this is just a great keyboard case that is an absolute no-brainer if you are in the market for a keyboard case.

I like this case as it gives a keyboard and kickstand functionality to the new Ipad Air 4. I had the previous version of this on the Ipad Air 3. I think that was way better. The keyboard would be able to detach allowing for more of a tablet use for viewing multi-media or just when I id not need the keyboard. With this version they left the keyboard attached permanently which makes the entire package rather thick and the only way to use the Ipad in a hand held mode or just as a tablet requires me to fold it back and you are left holding all the keys under your hand which is less than ideal. I worry about the wear this will do to the keyboard over time. They did add room for the pen to attach on the top of the Ipad which is nice but now this is just a bulky limited laptop vs a versatile Ipad with productivity when I need it. I feel like they took a step backwards. I would only recommend this if you need the keyboard most of the time for work/school work and do not mind the bulk. The keyboard and trackpad are great and the short cut keys are ok but still I do not feel like the ipad OS really is taking advantage and it seems easier just to use touch input.

The keyboard is not Bluetooth, there is a physical connection making input to your iPad as dependable as it gets plus you never need to charge it. It is back lit and it has an ambient light sensor as well. The brightness levels are fully adjustable manually. The track pad is a welcome delight to use. Everything tracks smoothly in ios. All the gesture controls you're already familiar with are there: pinch to zoom, website scrolling, Swipe, etc. The built in kickstand adjusts up to 40° for a drawing or designing experience that doesn't obstruct your view. I really like the canvas materials used in this case. It's a beautiful blend of canvas and a rubber housing that in cases your iPad and keeps it protected. The magnetic clasp is a very nice touch and closes the case firmly when shut. You can store and charge your apple pencil g2 with the case on. Very well thought out case and keyboard solution

The Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard Case with Trackpad and Smart Connector for iPad Air 10.9" give you everything you need to protect and optimize the use of your iPad Air. The keyboard is very responsive. Each key stroke feels firm and precise which makes using the keyboard much more efficient than using the touch screen. The backlit keyboard is outstanding. I love how bright and vibrant the key are. Especially when working in dark places. Best of all, you can adjust the brightness of the keyboard to fit your surroundings. I really like the track pad as well. The movements are smooth and it is really easy to use gestures and even draw images or sign a document with your finger if you do not have an Apple Pencil. Swipe between apps, display all windows, and more. Lastly, I love the design of the case. It has a comfortable feeling in your hand, it rest well on multiple surfaces, does not slide when you are using the mount and it does an exceptional job of protecting the iPad. I highly recommend the Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard Case with Trackpad and Smart Connector for iPad Air 10.9".

This thing is fantastic. I don't like iPad's, but I work in IT and needed one. I refuse to use this as just a tablet. However, I also refused to pay $300 for a magic keyboard considering this thing does everything I need and still offers features like the row of function keys, nice feeling keys and more room for your hands to rest on if you're like me then the larger touchpad comes in handy. I'm still not saying it should cost $170, but if you need a keyboard and a case and a touchpad? Then here you go. Can't ask for much more. Definitely worth it if you need the additional features (which you should totally be taking advantage of!).

I like this keyboard - protective case and keyboard is right size and easy to use. Tablet fit inside case easily.
