Curbside pickup was excellent. The item is a gift so I have not seen it used as yet.

In every single email app I’ve downloaded the Space bar will not function correctly 75% of the time. Hitting the space bar in my email apps will move the selected area around the screen, even when I’m writing an email, hitting space will just do strange things to the app. Also, in every single app I’ve used it with the keyboard will just randomly decide that it does not like certain words that I am typing and it will just randomly replace them with other word or just delete them alltogether, just in writing this review I had to type the word “writing” about 5 times because it just kept deleting it for some unknown reason. Also the arrow keys have never worked to move the cursor between letters when writing, & what else are they even there for? The things it does wrong are just so random and varied that it is difficult to put them into words that I cannot get help from Logitech customer service because they don’t seem to understand my description of what is happening. I was told that I need to change the setttings on my brand new ipad to get this to work, which did not help and the entire experience I’ve had with this has been frustrating to say the least. I am going to exchange this for a new one to see if the issues occur (maybe this one is just defective?)
