Customers love the high-quality keyboard and responsive trackpad, finding it easy to use and offering great value for the price. Many appreciate the protective qualities of the case and its convenient stand, although some find it adds weight and bulk to their iPad. The sleek design and good fit are also frequently praised.

Speaker cutouts do not line up with actual speaker

This is a wonderful case however I could not give it 5 stars because the speakers on the 3rd generation iPad do not line up with the holes on the case which limits the sounds quality of the iPad itself.

It is not compatible with iPad Pro 11" 3rd (2021) and 4th (2022) Gen. The location of the speaker holes changed and if you are using 3rd or 4th Gen the holes will be blocked.
The title and descriptions are incorrect.

I like this cover a lot.
Pros:
Feels nice to type on
The trackpad works very well. It does 2 and 3 finger swipe actions.
Allows you to set the trackpad to use tap to click,
Uses the smart connector, so no need to pair with bluetooth, and it's powered by the iPad so there's no battery to keep charged.
Adjustable-angle kickstand works really well on a desktop
The fabric on the back and the trackpad/keyboard bezel looks and feels nice.
The backlit keys look nice. It's probably useful if you're typing in the dark.
There's a flap that goes over the Apple Pencil to help hold it in place, and even an optional slot in the strap to slide the pencil into to make it even more secure.
The price is much lower than the Apple magic keyboard
Cons:
The push to click on the trackpad is a little loud and takes more force than I would like
The Lock key is right above the Delete key so it's too easy to accidentally lock the screen when you meant to backspace.
It's quite heavy and thick. It feels like it at least doubles the weight and thickness of the iPad.
The kickstand works well on a desk or table, but less so on your lap. It's doable, but it's a little precarious, If I extend it as little as possible, I can get it to rest just on the edge of my knees but it can easily slide off if I'm not careful.
The fabric cover looks like it would be difficult to clean and might stain easily, although I haven't gotten anything on it yet.
It's cheaper than the Apple Magic Keyboard, but it's still quite expensive for what it is.

I bought this for my 2020 iPad Pro 11 inch. This is a great keyboard case! It connects to the smart connector on the back, so it has a direct interface without the use of bluetooth. It doesn't impact the battery much to the point where I really didn't noticed. It senses when the keyboard case is opened and when it is folded behind the unit--to avoid unnecessary typing--It even has backlit keys!
It has a kickstand that is reminiscent of The MS Surface, and it is very reliable. The keys are responsive and have a great feel, and the trackpad is top notch. Even though it is an iPad, when you are typing away, etc, you will be surprised how much you will appreciate that trackpad.
Other than lack of "lap-ability," The only downside to this case is the weight. It adds a substantial amount of weight to the iPad and (to me) makes it feel as heavy as a laptop, in my opinion. But, its compact size still makes it excellent for backpacks.

I recently got the Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard Folio for my iPad Pro 11", and it's been a total game-changer for my productivity. The keyboard is super comfortable to type on, and the keys have a nice tactile feel. The precision trackpad is a huge bonus, making navigation a breeze and eliminating the need to touch the screen constantly.
The sleek design and the graphite color look great on my iPad. I love how securely it holds my iPad in place, and the protection it offers to the device is top-notch. The backlit keys are a handy feature for typing in low-light settings.
It's been an excellent addition to my iPad setup, especially when working on the go or turning my iPad into a mini laptop. The Folio Touch is definitely worth the investment for anyone who wants to enhance their iPad Pro experience with a versatile and high-quality keyboard folio. I highly recommend it!

Great alternative to Magic Keyboard

Great solution for me as an alternative to the Magic Keyboard. I was very tempted to purchase the Magic Keyboard but it wasn’t a practical solution for me because I need to be able to use my iPad as a tablet (without keyboard) frequently, and was not enamored of the idea of carrying it around without a case. While this is not as slim and lightweight as the Magic Keyboard, the trade-off is worth it for me. The keyboard flips back completely flat against the tablet, and “knows” to make the keyboard available on the screen instead. So when I want to carry it and use it as a notepad for jotting notes or drawing, it’s easy to do without worrying about my iPad being unprotected. The row of function keys across the top is handy too! The keys offer nice travel and a good feel, they’re not silent, which I actually prefer. The trackpad also works very well. My only “beef” with it is that while there’s a place for the Apple pencil to sit and charge, and there’s a tab that closes loosely over it to keep it in place, it has still managed to slip loose when I’m putting into a bag vertically. Still, the Magic Keyboard doesn’t offer anything to hold the pencil in place other than the magnet, so it’s something anyway.
As an added bonus, I did find that the between the magnets in the case, and in the iPad itself, I can still stick it to my fridge door when I’m using it in the kitchen. I don’t know that I’d be brave enough to leave it on a door that’s being opened and closed frequently, but I stick it to the freezer door when I’m using it in the kitchen, and that works well.
Finally, I’ve seen a couple of reviewers pan this case for poor design, complaining that the tab closure hangs down over the iPad screen, blocking the view and rendering the case useless for them. THERE’S A MAGNET IN THE TAB. Just fold it back, and it will stick itself to the back of the case and out of the way.
One caveat, it does require a larger footprint when using the keyboard, than the Magic Keyboard does. This is because it uses a kickstand to hold up the iPad (which also gives you lots of viewing angles). This feature also makes it hard to use on your lap with the keyboard, unless you have long legs :) It’s great for on a desk or lap table. To use on my lap, I just fold the keyboard back and used the virtual keyboard instead.

This case has everything that you'd need to turn your iPad Pro into an ergonomic laptop replacement.
It comes with a backlit keyboard, edge-to-edge protection, and a nicely built trackpad. It also comes with a kickstand with a wide-angle range.
However, it is noticeably heavier than the Magic Keyboard. Also, I wish it had a securing mechanism for the Pencil when it used. I would always find myself knocking it out of place every time I move my iPad by the screen. It's still a 5-star product nonetheless.

Let me start by stating I purchased the original Apple Magic Keyboard. I had if for a week and took it back. I also own the Byrdge Pro Plus which has its own set of issues.
Once i got my hands on this Logitech folio I fell in love with the quality and flexibility of the keyboard. The Logitech provides full trackpad support with all the same gestures as the magic keyboard at a fraction of the price.
Truly sleek design with all the features you could need. I was able to purchase this folio along with the new Apple Pencil. This is a win win.

I wasn't planning on buying this when I came into the store, but I fell in love with it. The keyboard is nice, and the trackpad is very helpful for certain things. I don't use the stand as often but it's great when I need it. Full disclosure: I use this less now than I did at first because it feels about as heavy as the iPad by itself.

This case is functional and very easy to use. However, it does NOT QUITE fit the 3rd Generation (2021) 11” iPad Pro. The only issue I’ve found with it is the speaker cutouts don’t quite line up, which covers about 2-3 speaker holes on each speaker. Not a deal breaker as it still sounds perfectly fine to me, but it does look a bit off on each side where the cutouts are. Trackpad works great, fits the device like a glove, just remember the speaker cutouts are not perfectly aligned for the 3rd Generation 2021 iPad.

This is one quality Keyboard Folio Case. Funny though. This is my third one. The first two was purchased through the Apple website and the top function roll keys did not all work correctly, which caused me to send them back. I decided to try a third time, but this time through Best Buy. Everything worked and still works as advertised. Great product with wonderful features. I've owned the Magic Keyboard Folio with Touchpad also, but I sent it back because only after a couple of weeks the cover was starting to look worn. For the price. The quality should have been better. If your'e thinking of buying the Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard Case for the Apple iPad, think no further. Buy!, it's well worth it and for the price, you'll be getting much more. The case, the keyboard and the Touchpad will not disappoint you. It just works..... Shame on Apple....

First let me say this has been a great keyboard case for my iPad Pro. It’s very responsive both in terms of the keyboard and the trackpad AND it offers great protection, front and back, and the magnetic closure strap keeps my Apple Pencil from getting knocked off, its great! The backlit keyboard is awesome, the fact that it uses Apple’s proprietary smart connector which means you don’t have to charge the iPad and keyboard separately, nor do you have to mess with Bluetooth pairing. There ARE a few things that bother me, however. 1. The trackpad, while responsive, is probably my least favorite thing about this case. The trackpad on the Apple magic keyboard is phenomenal because it has a consistent “click” no matter where you push on it, whereas the one on the Logitech does not, in fact the top inch of the trackpad is basically cosmetic because it doesn’t even click. It responds to touch but there’s no click point on that part, only on the bottom half which is annoying for a case that costs this much. Honestly, this part of it feels cheap. 2. The kickstand means it takes up more space than it needs to and totally nullifies the entire point of a keyboard case if you don’t have a desk or table to use it on any time you want to use it without desk space. Obviously you can still fold it behind and use it as a tablet, which I do on some occasions but as a writer I find it annoying. That said, the Apple magic keyboard can’t be used as a tablet without disconnecting it from the case so I guess its a tossup. In any case (no pun intended) the kickstand is another feature of this case that makes it feel less intuitive and simple, not to mention, again, kinda cheap. All in all its a decent case for the money and it beats the heck out of paying $300 for the magic keyboard, but it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if they made some changes to the design.
