    The good: The keyboard is really solidly built, and it looks gorgeous. Nearly every bit of the design is just perfect. I LOVE the volume roller and dedicated media keys, and I wish more keyboards had them. The bad: Requires the Logitech G HUB software, which is still very buggy. For me, it refuses to load game profiles properly (i.e. the predefined lighting profiles where the relevant keys for supported games are lit up), so I just get a generic wave effect with every game. I can set it to "Fixed", but then it's all one solid color. I can of course define completely custom lighting profiles for each game, but the predefined ones made by Logitech don't work for me. For some reason, the M1/M2/M3 lights can't be turned off, and the color can't be customized. Always on, always yellow. The ugly: On the "tactile" version I got, 14 of the key switches were CLICKY. It was seemingly at random: C, B, R, I, [, ], left Ctrl, right Shift, etc. This is absolutely unacceptable in a $200 keyboard. This is also apparently not an uncommon issue from what I've seen on reddit. Other thoughts: I'm not a huge fan of the low profile keys, though they're fine enough to type on. I wish Logitech still made the G810, or an updated version of it with regular keys.

      Hello David! Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your G815 LIGHTSYNC RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. I'm going to try and help you out with your issues listed above. First, the G Hub software gets updated constantly, so if something isn't working for you as it should be, I would suggest trying to uninstall and re-install the software, that could potentially fix the issue. If not, a software update might come and fix this, just make sure to update the software regularly (you'll get prompted to do so when opening the G Hub). Something else you might want to try as well is creating a separate profile to input your customization in, so from the G Hub Home page where you see the picture of your G815, you should see Active Profile "Default" listed at the top. Click on Default, and then create a new profile. One thing note, the M1/M2/M3 lights cannot be changed, they just show the active Memory Slot for your 5 "G" keys on the side. As for your Switches problem, that is very interesting, never heard of that myself... Not much you can do on that end, but the G815 is backed with a 2-year warranty from Logitech, so might be worth checking the product page https://www.logitechg.com/en-ca/products/gaming-keyboards/g815-low-profile-rgb-mechanical-gaming-keyboard.html and contacting the Support on our website to get it swapped if that's not something you enjoy. - Mathieu from Logitech
