The biggest upgrade is the polling rate in my opinion, the original had a hardly perceivable input delay at 1000hz. With the superlight 2 at 2000hz it is completely unnoticeable. Battery lasts forever and you will likely never need to charge it more than once a week if you are playing 4-5 hours a day

I only wish that there was an option to change the scroll wheel between clicky and smooth scrolling but I understand that would add weight while the point of this mouse is to be as light as possible.
