The volume knob doesn't work—seriously, it's a headset, and the volume control doesn't function? This is a basic feature that should work flawlessly. Additionally, the Logitech software is a complete shame. Despite having a range of hardware like keyboards, mice, and webcams, none of these devices integrate well together with the software. Logitech needs to fix the coherence of their engineering team to provide a seamless user experience.

Should have been a great headset but ..

Good sound output was achieved but I could not get the microphone to work with the headset. The microphone itself worked if plugged directly into my computer however. My best guess is that either the logitech supplied transceiver did not properly work or the firmware of the headset was not entirely compatible with Win 11

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this headset despite reading reviews about the mics quality being less than optimal, and out of the box the reviews were definitely right, the mic on this headset is really poor for audio crispness but, it is sensitive and picks up EVERYTHING. Even after enhancing it with the logitech g hub (the only way to manage its audio mixes) I found that the mic quality on it was still less than what I expected. That being said, I was ok with it, it's actual audio quality was amazing, and while its surround sound wasnt as decent as my Nari ultimate's, it got the job done. The reason I had to return it was simple, there's an unnoticeable whitenoise on the right earphone, which with short uses wouldn't even be noticed at all, but, after extended usage I noticed that ear starting to ache, a lot, before I noticed it, I thought maybe it was the padding, so I tried the mesh padding, but to no avail it still had issues, in which I looked the problem up and they referenced it, and once my attention was brought to it I noticed it as well, I can't really recommend or use a headset that causes headaches and ear pain so I'm returning it.

Spend s little more money and just get a better headset.

Great Wireless Headset

Nice to not have cords laying on you when you play. No latency with audio at all. It will take a couple days for the headset to break in and become more comfortable.
