The product offers good noise cancelling function. They are very comfortable around the ears. The mic attachment is fine but I would prefer it to be retractable.

So, I’ve had this headset for just over two weeks. I play FPS games avidly and I’m fairly competitive and have a good understanding of products that work well with what I do. Anyway, there are audio problems where I can’t hear foot steps or shooting directly behind me. I’ve tried everything that Logitech initially suggests you to do to get them to work. Well, I can’t. Aside from that the mic software it has is really good once you get the EQ adjusted properly. They’re also comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Directional audio just kinda sucks. And I’m assuming that will change over time with firmware updates and things of that nature. But as of right now, I would steer towards another medium to high end headset if you’re using them for FPS or competitive games that you need a good headset to pick up audio queues and stuff.

Fantastic headset, I don't use the microphone but the sound quality on the headset itself is fantastic.

I've had these headphones for a little over a year now. Overall, they are very nice! Comfortable to wear and feel quite premium build-wise. The sound is solid as well. The big con for me is battery-life (thus one star off). Not bad by any means, but they certainly have to be charged fairly often if you play several long sessions. I also think the price is just a tad high, probably best to grab these on at least somewhat of a sale. I haven't had any connection issues or hissing sounds (unlike other reviewers; using the supplied dongle seems to clear that up). Nonetheless, these are great, go for it if you're thinking about it.

I had the hyper x orgins before this and they were really heavy on my head and just didnt feel comfortable after a long period time but this headset feel so good on my ears and so much lighter not to mention the software is so easy to use. Overall a great product and it goes well with my logictech superlight mouse

Bought this as a gift. I was told that they enjoyed the sound quality, but mostly the detachable mic. Not every game requires them to voice chat, so they appreciated being able to put it away. They also informed me that they liked the design and how comfortable it was.

Great headset, with nice audio. No complaints. My head is big, so a little tight. No complaints otherwise

I bought this when I was headset searching. I play a variety of games, some are competitive like cs2 for example. I would only have a couple critiques about the headset. The audio quality was great, I felt like the directional recognition was spot on. The cons for me were the ears do not swivel, this would be great if your head was square shaped. And the microphone needs a mixer for the quality to be up to par with the headset. Aside from those I was impressed with the audio. The headset itself felt pretty sturdy.

I bouhht this to tepace a steel series 7. Unfortunately the mic quality (playback) is not as good bur im going to stick with it. Ive always been a huge fan of steel series hut wanted tk try our this logotech based in pros opinions. Its comfortable and the USB dongle is a nice size. Unfortunately the way Steel Series had their dongle it would cover up two usb ports. So srupid so this Logitech defienltly solved that problem.

Sound is great when playing games and music. Battery life is good too. Only downside is that the mic isn't the best out there. The mic sounds fine/normal... but does need a lot of tweaking in the Logitech G-Hub software to sound better.

Priduct works excellent the sound quialty is the best very crisp and clear. So clear you can even here footsteps

Headset is comfy, lightweight, wireless, and the battery lasts for a week at a time using it 6 hours a day!

I went from the wired version of these to wireless best decision ever it’s comfortable can wear for 16 hours without issue

10/10 Just config the audio settings within the app and windows, seriously love the comfort i never got over the sides they are very annoying when you touch them if you have sensory issues (like nails on a chalk board) * striaght nostalgic grossness * but other than that completely and it being a pain to get teir 1 audio (meaning youll have to test the configs) its a 5 star headset

Love the headset! I had the wires Logitech g pro and when they announced the wireless I needed to get it. The headset lasts long on a single charge and isn’t much bigger than it’s wired original. Would recommend the headset to anyone! Mic is also amazing with the Logitech software !

Amazing headset. Easy to set up, battery lasts a long time and the sound is incredible.

Excellent product. Coming from a set of steel series artis 9. The sound quality alone is better. Then add in the comfort level.
