Downside :) , you wont hear someone coming in the room with these headphones on... but is it really a downside?

The wired version had a lot more options in the app. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The mute button is in a hard place to find while playing.

I think the only questionable thing is the distance of which you can go without getting static. I don't personally think it's as far as the packaging states it is.

I previously had a logitech headset that I had to return due to my them hurting my ears and this solved the issue. Also has good surround sound for hear them footsteps especially on COD. Overall great headset. Not five stars just cause on the software side i think they could improve on razer synapse with connectivity and have the hypersense mode turn on randomly from time to time.

Only thing that isnt the best is the headset mic, which isnt as good as a normal desk microphone. Kinda sounds like a old xbox mic but very usable

The sound quality is good for gaming, but mediocre at best for music and movies. The mic is great! The reason for the 3 stars is due to a few reasons. First being there is no way to use it wired. At least i cant figure it out if there is. Is this a massive deal? No not really, but at the same time it has a freaking usb c connection. Why not enable this feature? I digress. Second thing, the usb dongle is huge. Not necessarily a big problem for guys with stationary setups but horrible for guys using laptops. Last but definitely not least, the detachable mic. Logitech is banking on you loosing that thing. All in all its not the worst purchase I've made, wouldn't buy it again though.

They are comfortable, sound is clear, and mic works well with Microsoft word dictation. I purchased these to use for listening to music as I write, playing pc games with my family, and dictation.

The connectivity is also amazing. I haven't had a single time where the connection dropped. They are more comfortable than the Corsair void headset but not more than something like a hyper x cloud 2.

The only issue I had with this is that it is too small. My head is oddly wide and it gave me headaches. If it wasn't for my ridiculously huge head, I wouldn't have returned it. If you have a normal sized head. I definitely recommend this.
