This headset is great for a while. It has issues with loosing connection. When it starts, there is a crackling sound just before it dies. It will then come back online after about 20 seconds. This issue can be found by MANY other users who have issued complaints on Reddit. Ultimately, I returned these and picked up a different Logitech G set.

The headset is great, looks and feels like premium item. Quality of sounds are nice and the buttons are easy to find

Out of the box these sound very cheap but with some EQ settings and or enabling DTS they sound better but not great. The first pair I bought the left ear speaker was broken and had to return for a new pair. That should have been my sign to go with a different headset. Second pair worked well but the Logitech software was always buggy and would never save settings. Having the software downloaded also created issues with windows so I ended up deleting it and sticking with DTS through windows. But without the Logitech software you have no idea what your battery percentage is at. Recently picked up the steelseries arctis nova pro and couldn't recommend them more. In my opinion, I'd look elsewhere for a gaming headset

Best headset I’ve ever purchased. Love the aircraft style design and the sound quality is excellent. Mic quality could be better but for the comfort i can look past it.

After 5 months Logitech as well and truly let me down. I can barely walk one room away to my kitchen without these losing signal. My microphone works one day and then does not work the next. Sometimes taking the microphone out and putting it back in we'll fix the problem sometimes it just seems like magic is the only thing that helps. When working the sound quality is good, the microphone is fantastic and the headset itself is light and comfortable to wear. But the range the range and the microphone problems and maybe decide to end a loyalty I have to Logitech headphones.

These headphones sound great, love the mic and its customizable options especially the EQ, however for some reason, my headset constantly crackles and makes a popping sound when there is no audio being played. i googled it and apparently its a known issue and Logitech hasnt updated or fixed any of it in what is now 3 or 4 years. its a shame, i really like these headphones and wanted to like them but i will be returning them. Maybe i got faulty USB dongle or headset? i dont know but for that price range they need to be ready and working outside of the box. its a shame really

Headset has some good weight to it which I like making it feel high quality, sound is amazing with excellent bass also my friends say the mic sounds really good to top it off.

Static sound cone and go as if the head set was pluged in via an aux cable but its through the dongle. Love the headset ive had quite a few compairable but nothing beaths the feel and sound

They work amazing for gaming and even just listening to music on your phone if you have the correct adapter for the usb. Would definitely buy them again, and am thinking of getting a pair for my husband!

Excellent sound quality and doesn't wear you out like other headsets do (soreness of the ears and head). Appreciate the inclusion of fabric ear pads if that is more your speed.

Great overall I use this for my PC as well as stream the audio from my Xbox to my PC the different surround sound settings rock

Comfortable fit for me. Good quality sound. Got it on a deep discount sale. Was worth the purchase but it was discounted by $100. Interchangeable ear pads as well.

The sound and feel of this headset is phenomenal! It is by far the best quality one I’ve gotten and I am very satisfied with how it came out.

So far so good. I’m currently using these for my Ps5 and they work great no issues with wireless connection and they sounds amazing. Plus they come with another set of ear cushions that are suede like material.
