The large downfall is the max volume on this headset is horrible. I have to keep it at 100% volume the whole time. I’ve read answers on Reddit about how it’s the preamp on the headphones. Many people say to download apo equalizer, but a 200 dollar headset should require you to download third party software.

I switched to the cloth ear cups. The lack of blue tooth is a big miss. Something about the product description made me think this headset could pair to multiple devices.

When talking to my friends I don’t have to be at my computer and I can do stuff around the house while they play and talk and I do housework. Sometimes the charge dies faster than I expect.

Broke after 1-month of use, had a wireless hyperx headset that lasted years and is still working great. No replacement or help from bestbuy or logitech.
