Purchased these about 18 months ago and it decided to randomly stop working. Apparently it’s somewhat of a known issues that Logitech is hellbent on ignoring. I use it mainly for work and some gaming, but I purchased these because I wanted something high quality that would last. Now I’m waiting 72 hours for Logitech to approve the warranty and then another 5-7 days for shipping. Look elsewhere unless you’re cool with dropping $200 a year on headsets.

I use this for gaming and watching stuff on my PC. The build quality is awful. Very thin veneer of good quality parts belie an otherwise cheap interior. This thing constantly loses its connection, crackled within two months of ownership, and barely holds a charge. It's good that the extension cord that it came with is so long or it wouldn't even feel like a wireless headset half the time. Save yourself money and buy something else.

My issue is that at 100% volume they would sometimes be very muffled and other times sounded fine. I could never figure out why they would sometimes be so quiet. Also in the game I play the mic would often become robotic sounding requiring me to disable the mic in game and then reenable it. These issues made it not worth it to me.
