Despite that fact, I have had a great experience so far. They are simple to use and the controls on the headset are not intrusive.

I got it as a gift to my little brother, the sound quality was awful for the peice and the mic wasn't good either. He decided to keep them even though I offered to take them back, and he still uses them almost a year later so at least they lasted

The only good thing I can say about them is that they are very comfortable. Right out of the box there was constant crackling in the sound quality, many times the sound would just cut out completely. I attempted to update to the newest drivers, which Windows stated I had the most current. I tried various different USB ports from 2.0 to 3.0 ports, I even used the USB hub that sits on my desk thing maybe the 12-14" closer in proximity to the dongle would help (crazy I know) but it didn't. I tried it on my laptop with the same exact issues, although I only have two USB ports on my laptop so there wasn't much to test. The microphone is also HORRIBLE. When my headset isn't cutting out people on Discord can't hear half of the things I say because the microphone doesn't pick up everything.
