The plastic that holds the headsets arms broke just after serval months. It is not worth the price that it offers in quality.

They felt amazing, sound was great or the first week, plus it matched all my other logi peripherals. Yo, but this headsets became absolute trash. The sound would always cut off, no matter what troubleshooting I tried, I could never get rid of the snap,crackle, pop from the sound. I tried to go through Logitech for help but they just sent a list of troubleshooting option I have already done. Shout to Best buy for the return policy. Got rid of them so fast and went with Hyper X. Wait for these to drop in price, or get updated because they have issues.

Posted .Sorry to see you're having audio quality issues with the G PRO X Wireless Gaming headset. Sometimes you may get interference with the headset if the dongle isn't plugged in all the way to the USB port. Also, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that you can claim for a replacement. Great sound bad comfort

Posted .Hello John, I am sorry to hear this headset is causing you discomfort. There should have been another set of softer velour ear pads inside the box as well. If they were not in there, please file warranty claim so we can get them sent to you. This headset comes with a 2 year warranty through Logitech.
