    1. The leather ear pads are sooo hot for long periods. 2. The software for the Blue microphone is garbage, the mic with the software on any setting gets so many complaints from other team members in discord. 3. Compared to my g933 - the range is slightly better but the sound quality of what I hear and the mic quality is very much degraded compared to my older headset. Wouldn’t recommend.

      Hi Arkiebarky, thank you for your feedback! You may prefer the sports mesh, cloth ear cup option (included) for longer, cooler gaming. Use Blue Vo!ce pre-settings on GHUB gaming software. Check your audio settings to balance accordingly. The G935 has larger Pro-G drivers and a larger mic than the G933, for greater bass, volume and voice quality.     Perfect headset aside from microphone consistently cutting out when talking to other players. Cant troubleshoot software since its not connected to PC. Not meant for PS5 perhaps.

    Wireless Dongle overheated - Can't find replacemen

    Purchased 13 months ago. Worked fine until the USB receiver dongle became very hot and stopped working? Now I can't find a replacement. Neither Best Buy or Logitech have been helpful in finding a replacement, despite two year parts warranty. Very frustrating for an expensive headphone.

    Decent (NOT great) headphones, but not worth anywhere near $200usd. GHUB (the program required to utilize the full features of the headset) is buggy and each update breaks some feature or something with my computer somewhere. Not very comfortable at all. The earcups do not pivot to fit onto head correctly they just kinda smash your ears in there. The Blue microphone is a gimmick and complete buggy trash.

      Hello Prodiigy! Sorry to hear the G PRO Wireless DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Gaming Headset didn't work for you. It is one of our most advance headsets designed with the pros, and packed with lots of great features! It does require the use of G HUB yes to customize all those features, but normally the firmware updates it provides to your gear shouldn't affect other computer software. The aluminum fork and steel design of the headset, which add more solidity, will prevent the cups from pivoting indeed, but we do have other models with swivel cups, like the G935 if that's something you're looking for. As for the Blue Voice technology, it can be turned on or off to your liking, I would suggest trying the different presets offered, but know that you can also create your own if you 're looking for a specific sound. - Mathieu from Logitech

    For this price point you’d expect the best of the best but, when listening for the first time I felt like I had the volume set at 80% when it was at a 100%, and even with the software it felt really low, and after a couple hours of using them my ears started to hurt even When adjusting the strap, overall very disappointed.

    Overpriced & G933 or G935 sound better!

    I purchased these to replace my Logitech G933 headphones & to my surprise they don't sound better...they actually sounds worse! You also have to download the new Logitech software so if your on the older version then your out of luck and have to use newer version, which doesn't work for me due to my other Logitech devices only working on older Logitech software.

    Mic Stopped working

    The headset is ok, nothing special like everyone says it is. My mic has a short and doesnt register sound at times which is not good in COD. Will be returning tomorrow as its my last day to return or exchange.

    For a headset over $100 i expected more. The headset doesnt come with bluetooth or an AUX cord adapter. Within a week the usb dongle stopped working became uselsess and could do anything except return it. For legitech i am quite dissapointed.

    The Logitech product that swore me off the brand

    I'm not sure what happened to their quality in the last 3 years but the last G Pro X Wireless I bought was not at all like the pair I bought several years ago. The physical quality is different from the broken pair I had and the LG Hub software that is forced upon the buyer is now worse than it used to be. I don't even know how they could manage that but they did. This is the last Logitech product I'll buy.
