    Was a great headeset for about a year, I started having some trouble with connection around 6 months, then I spoke with tech support and was very helpful they sent me a new dongle and worked great again. Now the headset will not connect to my PC just stopped working mid game and couldn't reconnect from there contacted tech support again went through all the trouble shooting steps very thorough at least three times didn't help talked to tech support again they said ok you have tried everything we will send you a new one. Now they want me to do everything over again lol. So it's up to you but me I will never buy a Logitech supported devices again. This is not a cheap headset dollar wise this shouldn't happen

      Sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience with the PRO X Wireless. Please try resetting the device:
      1. In Power OFF state, press and and hold on the “Reset pin”, and then switch ON the Power slide
      2. In RESET mode, LED would be fast blinking for 2 seconds, and could hear 5 beep sounds.
      3. After “factory default” procedure, the headset would reboot and the following settings would be reset to the default setting.
      “sleep timer” => 30 mins
      “sidetone” => disable
      If the issue is persistent, please feel free to get in touch with the support team and they'll surely help you with the necessary steps.

    (Long term review) Nice headphones for a year!

    Lasted well, for about a year. Had a crackling issue that started a few months after purchasing. Nothing major reached out to support and got it sorted. Fast forward 8 months and the crackling issues are unbearable/unusable, despite countless troubleshooting procedures. $200 purchase that only lasts a year is pretty inexcusable

    Headset is great. Went through 3 dongles. They keep bricking. Don't buy if you want longevity.

    Literally after 1 day of buying these at bestbuy in person it started to have a static noise on the left headphone and didnt do nothing but play games

    Extremely cheap plastics

    For the price, these are absolute garbage. 1 year of ownership and the plastics are starting to break. Extremely cheap plastic. My Astros held up longer than these. Get a pair of Steel Series instead.

    Dont get them you cant get a replacement dongle if you break or lose it. Its been 2 months and i still cant find a replacement dongle.
