For being one of their top headsets, it's really disappointing. I personally am a huge Logitech fan and these just didn't meet my standards. I only had them for about a month and within a week, they were crackling and popping. Even when there was no sound, you could hear static. You could get them to clear up for a little but it would come right back. I am not someone who listens to content loud or with a ton of bass. The sound quality (outside the popping and crackling) wasn't great either. I very rarely could tell where shots were coming from in games. The headset itself is comfortable and awesome looking. The mic works tremendously well. Easy plug and play. So the headset is not bad overall. I might have gotten a dud but I won't be testing another one of these particular headsets

The sound is nice. Lots of customization with the G Hub app. Software side is good. Wireless range is good, stretches my entire house (1400 sq foot, single story). Battery life as advertised. But the microphone… huge step down from a Corsair HS80 which is half the price. Virtually everyone I talk to says it sounds like I’m speaking through a drive-thru speaker. I’ve tries researching it and it seems like a common complaint. Messing with the software side of things through G Hub helps some, taking mic quality from a solid 4/10 to a 5.5-6/10. If you get this headset, consider an external desk microphone.

Great headset. I have a big head and i was looking for a headset that would be more comfortable and this one is the most comfortable i've ever owned. Battery life is fantastic. It lasts through multiple work days. My only complaint is the range is not great. My old Arctis 7 I could walk anywhere in my house and keep connected. This one i can only go one room over and I start losing it. Overall a very good headset.

Bought this product as a gift for christmas, its has a long battery life and if great for gaming in general! The extra settings you can ajust is wonderful for gaming on a pc and the fact its wirless meams no worring about a cord in your way.

My go to headset when gaming on the PC. Yeah these are a little pricey for what they are, but I think they are worth it. They are super comfortable. I wear them for hours and I never notice them on my head. Mics great especially with the companion app. Sounds great and I love they give you two types of ear cuffs. Leather and Fabric. Also being able to take off the mic is great.

I was skeptical about the headset considering the price but it blew that away. I have never had a wireless headset before and this is one the best on the market currently. The surround sound is great, especially for FPS games. I mainly play Valorant and it definitely helps in games. The wired version is cheaper but wireless is a feature that must be respected. If you have the money just get it.

Brought it with a 20% discount from recycling an old headphones I had. The headphones are great with the adjustable settings for sound. They are also very comfortable. The only downside is that the usb connect is a pain when you want to switch from speakers to headphones.

Short overview I would highly suggest these if you chat a lot and play on newer games as the audio is extremely accurate. I've been an avid Logitech supporter since 2017 when I started gaming I had my first headset which was the Artemis Spectrum g933 Wireless they finally started creaking due to old age and the mic quality was put of date compared to the new generation of headsets. I looked at the g935 and the g733 as my replacement but both had some pros and cons one had amazing audi quality with a slight dip in mic performance and the other had great mic quality but the audio suffered just before buying the g733 the g pro x wireless was released pricey at 200 but considering most headsets nowadays that's a huge bargain. So far no complaints the new driver for the headset has had no issues this far compared to the g933 where it had multiple software issues frequently. The sound quality and comfortability is astonishing and it comes with Blue Voice technology making it sound amazing (if you know how all the settings work). Worth the price and in my opinion kicks most tope.of.the line headsets out of the water. Many people have said my mic sounds like a blue wired standalone mic which usually go from 100-200 dollars so not only do you get kicking beats and amazing surround sound they don't compromise on the smaller details. It comes with leather and softer ear pads. To be honest for me I prefer the cushioned ones as I can hear people talking on the background but the leather ones block almost all noise. Worth it would highly suggest. No issues to this date.

Got it on sale. Definitely worth it. I wouldnt recommend it at full price but on sale its Definitely worth it. Plug and play. I only have to charge it every few days after gaming for 8+ hours a day. Great sound and mic quality. Good bass. 8/10

The sound quality is excellent. The mic clarity (blu makes a difference in voice recordings) is superb. Downloading the GHub makes an enormous difference. The build quality is commendable. Amazingly comfortable to wear for extended periods. Get a headphone stand to place it when not in use.

Sound great, TONS of options to customize the sound of the microphone with the software and even download premade setups from the community. The headphones sound great, but they are not super loud, even with it turned up to max. Very comfortable especially when you change to the included softer ear cups. The headphones are built VERY TOUGH!! Love it and not to heavy.

Solid headphones, could work on the ease of use for surround sound if not, up the quality because it's hard to figure out what direction any sound is, just blares the sound louder in one muff.

Had this headset for about half a year now, they really are comfy around the ears and head, the sound and mic quality are good. I kept running into problems where the headset wouldn't connect to my pc and it will take me 5-10 minutes to try and fix it, (I would power cycle through it and would restart my pc just for it to connect). Now the device won't even connect anymore (apparently the chip inside the dongle gets fried easily idk) Don't waste $150 for this product (that's my take on this headset)

Since having these, I have yet to find a flaw! The battery life is outstanding. I full charge can last me for a week before I need to recharge them. The addition of the Dolby surround sound is just an added bonus for gamers when it come to those clutch moments and every footstep matters. The improved Blue Voice in the microphone helps give clear communication to teammates and viewers when streaming. All around...the only option for gamers.

Great sound... really enjoying the surround sound. Very comfortable, doesn't feel too heavy.

I've went through many headsets and this one by far as been the best experience. It fits snug and is very adjustable and the sound is perfect. With that being said I probably would not purchase this at MSRP. I did get it heavily discounted.
