The installation was easy and it worked right away. the sound quality is amazing and the surround sound worked perfect. I have a large head and it is very comfortable to wear

They are comfortable, the sound quality is nice, and the microphone is good enough for gaming without complaints. I use this for online meetings as well, and they are perfect for that too. The 2 styles of covers included is a nice touch.

Not a far range for connection ( 10 feet) Custom sound eq in the Logitech app makes for killer advantages 9/10 would recommend

Great Headset, Super Comfortable

The battery on it lasts all day without any issue, and I'm a "get up early and stay up late" on my computer type of person. My only disappointment was that Best Buy does not offer Geek Squad on this product. Maybe next time they will have it.

Price is a bit steep considering you can get the wired for $129.99 and these wireless ones are $199.99

Very Comfortable and great quality.

Microphone is great too. The head bamd on top has no risk of breaking like other headsets that use one plastic mold. Use it for gaming on the computer, PS5, and work from home to talk to clients.

The Logitech headset is made with metal hinges and ive had it for over a year with it not breaking when my steal series headsets plastic hinges break in about the same time. My one complaint is that the wireless connection doesnt go too far only about 30-40 ft before it cuts out which isnt awful at all. Other than that ive solved a few voice problems by plugging the wireless dongle into a usb 3 port on my motherboard rather than the front of my case and the audio is great for all scenarios music gaming and movies

I can do the dishes and talkbwoth friends at the same time and they only hear my voice. Adjusting the EQ to fit my preference was a huge boost for me.

Needs a better update and firmware

I play FPS games avidly and I’m fairly competitive and have a good understanding of products that work well with what I do. Anyway, there are audio problems where I can’t hear foot steps or shooting directly behind me. I’ve tried everything that Logitech initially suggests you to do to get them to work. Well, I can’t. Aside from that the mic software it has is really good once you get the EQ adjusted properly. They’re also comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Directional audio just kinda sucks. And I’m assuming that will change over time with firmware updates and things of that nature. But as of right now, I would steer towards another medium to high end headset if you’re using them for FPS or competitive games that you need a good headset to pick up audio queues and stuff.
