Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This item has faulty drivers that have not been updated or changed by Logitech and have now been reviewed as one of the worst headsets, the headset is comfortable however the hassle of actually getting these to work requires more technical workarounds and not using the driver software that is supposed to help the sound. Overall these things are a massive headache and i would highly NOT recommend these

Charging port broken in 2 years.

The charging port is completely messed up and the mic quality isn't great either. I had a cheaper headset before and my friends told me that it sounds worse now. Overall disappointed seeing as how cheaply made it is.

detachable mic breaks for no reason.

For whatever reason the microphones stops working no apparent reason. I've gotten three of these headphones and each one broke with my most recent pair breaking only after a month. I did not mistreat them, never banged them, and Ive always taken care of them.

I persoanlly like the ones that swivel at the ear, this one is really stiff at times. I also had to take the time to stretch the band out so that the clamp would not hurt when putting them on.
