Amazing headset

I bought my first pair maybe 2 years ago. since then I have had to have a warranty replacement & now the replacement doesn't work. It doesn't stay charged. I have to continuously keep the charging cord on in order for it to work and now suddenly I get absolutely no sound, no mic or anything to work. I have had to mess with this particular style from day one with the originally purchased set. The sales person gave a great recommendation which was the final sway between this and my other choice at the time. A wireless headset that I could never go wireless on more than 2 hours.

There was no security tapping the box closed. Also, dirt from someone's hands on both metal logo plates and worn smooth headband. So totally upset they shipped these. They were not NEW!!

I switched to the second one and it did the same thing.
