    Lots of features, good sounding mic, and great wireless connection doesnt cover the fact that the plastic on the headband cracked within a year of basic use. I've never dropped this headset, this should not be an issue on a $200 headset.

    Had the same issues as the one before it, which was a G735. Just a weird staticky, and popping sound, even when I am sitting in silence

    Immediately upon using the headset, my friends all complained about how poor quality the mic sounded. I had always ran a wired headset and these wired ones do not sound good at all. I spent an hour doing setup and following guides but none of them improved the results

    Moderate distance, BAD DTS!!! Static and cracking all over the place. If you want good 2d headphones, these are ok. 7.1 DTS? Move on. Not even sure if you can GET good 7.1 in wireless, but these are not them. Logitech needs to stick to mice and keyboards.

Advanced features like Blue VO!CE and DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround sound function only on PC via Logitech G HUB Gaming Software. Blue VO!CE includes DTS audio enhancements.     Horrible connection to ANY device. Poor sound quality and microphone is also very bad for the steep price amd they would not repair or replace the device even though i pay eelxtra for their membership and warranties

    Bought these last month. Didnt have a chance to test it out before the return date, cause i had to move. But these are terrible. The mic threshold is dog water. You cannot talk quietly or else it wont pic up your voice. And now im stuck with theis god awful headset and cant return it

    Great for PC. I returned this after it was stereo only on PS5. I wound up going with the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless as it’ll do both tempest 3d audio on PlayStation and surround on PC

    Ive had this headset for a couple of years now and theyre constantly disconnecting. Not often enough that they’re unusable but enough to be considered awful. As im typing this, it has literally disconnected three times..

    G Pro X Wireless Experience

    I've had this headset for 3 months and it has been a nightmare. After about 2 weeks, it kept making this non-stop humming noise in my ear, driving me crazy. By week 6 the crackling started. Every minute or so it'll just pop in my ear very loudly. And now it began randomly disconnecting for about 5 seconds and then reconnecting. It is absolutely unusable. The worst part of it all, the Logitech Support team is completely useless when it comes to trying to file a warranty claim. They gave me a ticket number about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from them since. Worst purchase I've made by far.

      Hello AhmadDaood, Very sorry to hear about the many issues you've experienced with the G PRO X Wireless Gaming Headset. It sounds like you may need a firmware update which you can find out if you use Logitech G Hub software. G Hub lets you customize and personalize settings as well as update the firmware of all supported Logitech gaming products. Here's a link to the download:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052152494-Download-Stub-Pro-X-Wireless. You may also want to try plugging in the wireless receiver into another port or check the audio settings on your computer. In regards to your warranty claim ticket, you can directly contact Logitech via phone using this number (Toll Free) +1 866-632-5644 Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.     I was beyond disappointed with this sound of the headset. Was too quiet for me and everything in my sound mixer was set to 100 and it was still too quiet to my liking. If you like playing games where you need to listen to the footsteps of those around you, this will not be your friend

    This is the absolute worst headset I have ever used in my entire life! It cracks constantly, disconnects randomly for 15-30 seconds, and everybody on discord always says my voice sounds weird af, DO NOT BUY!!!! Get a wired one instead!

    Good BlueTooth range, Sound is decent, Software is slow and kind of a mess at the moment. 2 stars because the plastic on the ends of the band is coming apart and ive only had these a few months. Very Unfortunate...

    After a week or two of use slider just broke. So I decided to buy Astros a50's and found out I like these more. I returned the a50's and bought these again and it just breaks again in the same exact spot...

    Possibly the worst sounding mic in the business. Friends and coworkers said I sounded like I was on hands free in a car. It’s a shame, too, because most everything else is OK. I will be returning.

    Got these for my son and he said the sound for gaming and listening to videos is horrible. When you pay the kind of money you would expect the sound to prestige but he was not happy. He said the fit was great bc he had a big head and ear and they were very comfortable but the sound it what he was hoping would be great.
