Solid headphones. My boyfriend loves his Christmas gift!

So I’ve had this headset for a couple months now and my only complaint with them is how inconsistent the connectivity is. I can be in the middle of a game and the headset just disconnects for 15-30 seconds and comes back up. It would be nice for hardwire accessory for these small instances. Not sure if maybe the USB dongle is defective but it is an annoying issue I have with this product. Other than that issue the headphones are great.

This headset while I’ll give it credit that the surround sound is very good. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else with your money. I got these thinking they were top of the game. Then their infamous cheap hinge problem came in where the hinge holding the band to the earcup came off and broke. Went to customer support got a new one for free. 3-4 months go by and the same thing happens. The first time, I sat to play and as I went to put them on, the cheap plastic snapped off. The second headset was charging on my desk when I went to grab my phone charger it got caught with the wiring and fell on my chair which was not even a foot fall. That ended up making the plastic fall off. If you insist to buy these, then you can’t make a single mistake with them, you can put them down on your desk too hard, or accidentally drop them, or so dare to adjust the width of the headset or the hinge may fall of and you’ll end up where i’m at. A broken headset and very annoyed. Logitech purposefully cheaps out on hinges so that the headset won’t last 2 years and customers need to buy new ones. Please go spend the money at HyperX, Steelseries, or Razer because Logitech’s headsets are not the play.

I prefer the cloth covers the soft vinyl came on them cloth ones came with them so I changed them i like the detachable mic all controls easy to use and I liked the price i am glad I bought them

Good overall headset, I originally had a Corsair virtuoso and I believe it’s a step down in comfort the performance is on par or better and I like the easy to remove microphone

This product absolutely sucks. IT does not hold a charge, it gives no warning that the battery is low, no beeps or anything to warn you. I have had trouble setting it up from the get go and attempted to return it to best buy like 34-40 days after purchasing it. I paid 180$ for it at the store, the store assoiate assured me these were the best ones out here of all the other choices. Now I had to unhook it to take them with me to a recent hospital stay and ended u having to go out and buy a newer MUCH cheaper set. Hooked them up to my laptop and NOTHING NO SOUND of anything!! i got back home 6 days later from major surgery and am trying to get them to work once again, and NOTHING. A total waste of my money for something we paid a decent price for . i like the sound you get from the better gaming headsets vs the cheap ones, but you know what.. I WANT A HEADSET THAT ACTUALLY WORKS as well.

When I saw this sale I knew I would be able to complete my Logitech peripherals set with my current Logitech keyboard and mouse. Excellent headphones at the best price.
