Best headset I’ve ever had comfortable great sound great mic everything is awesome

Great headset, very comfortable and sounds amazing.

I bought this when I was headset searching. I play a variety of games, some are competitive like cs2 for example. I would only have a couple critiques about the headset. The audio quality was great, I felt like the directional recognition was spot on. The cons for me were the ears do not swivel, this would be great if your head was square shaped. And the microphone needs a mixer for the quality to be up to par with the headset. Aside from those I was impressed with the audio. The headset itself felt pretty sturdy.

This is a great headset and it is super comfortable. The battery on it lasts all day without any issue, and I'm a "get up early and stay up late" on my computer type of person. My only disappointment was that Best Buy does not offer Geek Squad on this product. Maybe next time they will have it.

Headset is comfy, lightweight, wireless, and the battery lasts for a week at a time using it 6 hours a day!

I've had these headphones for a little over a year now. Overall, they are very nice! Comfortable to wear and feel quite premium build-wise. The sound is solid as well. The big con for me is battery-life (thus one star off). Not bad by any means, but they certainly have to be charged fairly often if you play several long sessions. I also think the price is just a tad high, probably best to grab these on at least somewhat of a sale. I haven't had any connection issues or hissing sounds (unlike other reviewers; using the supplied dongle seems to clear that up). Nonetheless, these are great, go for it if you're thinking about it.

It's a good headset as far as build quality goes. The sound quality is good for gaming, but mediocre at best for music and movies. The mic is great! The reason for the 3 stars is due to a few reasons. First being there is no way to use it wired. At least i cant figure it out if there is. Is this a massive deal? No not really, but at the same time it has a freaking usb c connection. Why not enable this feature? I digress. Second thing, the usb dongle is huge. Not necessarily a big problem for guys with stationary setups but horrible for guys using laptops. Last but definitely not least, the detachable mic. Logitech is banking on you loosing that thing. All in all its not the worst purchase I've made, wouldn't buy it again though.

So, I’ve had this headset for just over two weeks. I play FPS games avidly and I’m fairly competitive and have a good understanding of products that work well with what I do. Anyway, there are audio problems where I can’t hear foot steps or shooting directly behind me. I’ve tried everything that Logitech initially suggests you to do to get them to work. Well, I can’t. Aside from that the mic software it has is really good once you get the EQ adjusted properly. They’re also comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Directional audio just kinda sucks. And I’m assuming that will change over time with firmware updates and things of that nature. But as of right now, I would steer towards another medium to high end headset if you’re using them for FPS or competitive games that you need a good headset to pick up audio queues and stuff.

Bought this as a gift. I was told that they enjoyed the sound quality, but mostly the detachable mic. Not every game requires them to voice chat, so they appreciated being able to put it away. They also informed me that they liked the design and how comfortable it was.

Excellent product. Coming from a set of steel series artis 9. The sound quality alone is better. Then add in the comfort level.

Sound is great when playing games and music. Battery life is good too. Only downside is that the mic isn't the best out there. The mic sounds fine/normal... but does need a lot of tweaking in the Logitech G-Hub software to sound better.

The audio is reallt good for videogames or things that have surround sound, it also has a good battery that lasts days!

I’ve enjoyed my time with the headset. Its definitely one of the most comfortable headphones i’ve ever owned. The microphone is pretty good quality for a headset mic.

Battery life so far is good. The wired version had a lot more options in the app. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The mute button is in a hard place to find while playing.

Love the headset! I had the wires Logitech g pro and when they announced the wireless I needed to get it. The headset lasts long on a single charge and isn’t much bigger than it’s wired original. Would recommend the headset to anyone! Mic is also amazing with the Logitech software !
