The control software was a bit of a pain to install, as it wouldn't install over WiFi. I had to install in via a hard connection. Other than that i have no complaints

Awesome sound quality

He picked these head phones because he had read so many reviews on them. I asked him after a couple of days of using h them how were they and he said great, so thank you. Now I have a question for you I thought every dollar you spent at Best Buy was a point because I've been noticing I'm getting g screwed out of points. I bought a washer not long ago and I bought a Gaming Desktop Computer that I might of got a few points for,So I think your point system is not fair.

Bad mic quality

Disappointing for a $250 MSRP headset.

I often switch between my work laptop and PC with this headset but often times I find myself having to reseat the USB receiver to get it to connect again. I just wish it worked better with less issues.

I'm willing to pay the full price as it has everything you need, no latency, a removable mic (which is very important as these things usually are the first to break!), 100% will recommend again
