Broke after 1-month of use, had a wireless hyperx headset that lasted years and is still working great. No replacement or help from bestbuy or logitech.

Picked it up on sale to replace another wireless headset that kept losing connection. The performance of the G Pro X is excellent, and the software is easy to use.

Sounds muffled, tried fixing and changing the setting through the Logitech app but my friends still say it sounds bad
