This headset has served me faithfully for over a year now with no sign of letting up. I’m very hard on headsets and the metal arms really stand up to wear better than plastic alternatives.

This headset has worked amazingly well for the week I have had it. I appreciate that there's feedback with the mute button, allowing me to remember whether I'm muted or not.

Great sound but the mic on this headset is pretty awful, the mic sounds like you're in a hollow room while also picking up a lot of background noise. Yes, you can customize the sound profile a lot but it does little for improving the mic quality.

The sound isn’t that great. Logitech software was a nightmare to work with and overall not worth $200. The eat ups were really nice to change but not worth the hassle. If you like a nice treble sound instead of bass this headset is for you.

Really great wireless headset with nice features. I don’t use the mic since I have a blue yeti but the wireless connectivity is excellent almost as good as wired due to “light speed” only down side is the ear cups hurt your ears if you have bigger ears after a couple hours of wearing them.

Headset works very well. It was very easy to set up.

Overall good, couple of quirks to iron out but got it up and running in about 30 minutes just how i liked.

Good sound, okay mic, overall mediocre quality and ecosystem for this price point. The tweaking on the mic is extensive but was not able to achieve ideal sound for me. Solid build but lackluster ear padding, and lightweight overall.

I’ve had these $30 headset from Amazon for over 4 years and they started dying on me. I decided to buy this headset since it had had reviews and Logitech is a good company. The headset is good when playing music and you are able to adjust everything. My first issue is when I opened up Ghub my audio wheel stopped working, after searching around I found out that you have to switch usb ports which isn’t a big issue. Then comes the mic quality, even after adjusting and trying their presets, the mic was still off and worse than my $30 headset’s. And with the audio quality, I found that playing to music it sounded pretty decent, but when it came to games the audio was super off set and very echoey. I tried adjusting the presets to the ones provided for each game but it was still terrible. With or without surround sound the games audio was not accurate and super offset. Last thing was I felt that both sides of the headset did not sound the same. The left side would be clearer than the right, with the right feeling like theres a thin wall infront of it.

i mean the headset is really good besides the earcups, they are really close to my ears which hurts after a while but the headset in itself is good

I love this headphone. Always been a fan of this headphone, G Hub is a nice option to change settings, once you figure out what you like.

Honestly really dissalointed. The sound is good, the mic is decent, but the headphones hurt my ears after a while. I've ordered some third party replacement cups, but if they don't help I'll have to end up finding a different pair.

Worst headset ive ever purchased dont get me wrong it sounds great and the surround sound is amazing but 3 weeks after i bought the headset its starts making this crackly soynd with the audio and cuts in and out and will stop and start at random time nothing helps I’ve restarted my pc updated the headset and looked for help online from other people having the same issue and even when im bit pleying audio its still have the cracking audio and uts just sad that i bought this headset for so much just yo be ruined and of course the return date has also passed so i can’t return then waste of money
