It causes a lot of pain. While I realize that may not be the case for everyone, I returned this mouse and want other carpal tunnel sufferers to be wary.

Horrible customer experience with online ordering

You cannot tell where it shipped from when you do the “track my package”. Then I wait...the following Monday nothing. Tuesday I get a message saying it will be delivered Wednesday... nothing. I got five different messages from the USPS saying it was coming the next day. Nothing each of the five times. Got it on the 18th. If I would have knowing I was going to get this jerking around I would have gone somewhere else a lot sooner. So on the 15th I went to my local BB and basically got one to use until it came in. BB- you suck for using the USPS and need to rethink your customer experience. This is coming from one of you elite members.

Posted .Hi TeeTee, Very sorry to hear about the G203 LIGHTSYNC Wired Optical Gaming Mouse not working as intended. When you opened the software and went into the settings for the G203, was a firmware update needed? If you've already done that or if there wasn't a firmware update available, it does sound like you may have a hardware defect which could be covered by the 2 year limited hardware warranty.
