For the price it really should come with the shifter. It works well for gt7 but also works with some PS3 games. Really would be awesome if it had PS2 support as well. Is so good I made a custom rig to hold it and adjust based on play style. Definitely an improvement should be considered when purchasing (rig that is).

A 100% improvement over using a hnad controller, the G29 gives real time feedback and immerses you in the race. After 2 weeks I am in love and just ordered the matching stick shift.
