The steering wheel feels great and arrived from Best Buy quickly with only a little damage to the bottom of the box.

You have to have this to truly get the most from your racing game! I went from being last because I wrecked all the time to winning!

Very sturdy, very nice overall design. The little red cogwheel could be a bit better, as well as the lubricatoin for the pedals.

The wheel is great..However unless it is actually in stock you may want to try and purchase it elsewhere. I am 4 days past the stated delivery date. Best Buy should have a better idea of inbound inventory if they are going to provide a delivery date.

I’ve always wanted one of these and I finally purchased one for 229 just recently, it was super simple to set up and we had it up and running in no time. The wheel was very responsive in the games I played (Forza/ACC/Dirt Rally) and we were having a blast until it started to build a wobble, all within the first day of owning it. The wobbling was getting considerably worse, so without waiting any longer I decided to take it in for a new one. Unfortunately, none of the Best Buy’s around me had one in stock at the time and the associate wasn’t able to order a new one either. Amazon also ended up setting their price back to 299 from 229 the very next so I ended up missing out on the sale price. Everything retail/online is selling this wheel for 299 at the moment, and because the one I purchased was defected, I missed out on some decent savings by returning it. Pretty disappointed in how everything worked out. I wish Best Buy was a little more helpful and Logitech took a little more time to check the quality of their units before shipping them out as this seems to be a common issue. Now I’m hesitant to buy another set from Logitech in fear of it breaking down sooner than it should/getting another defect.

It is an amazing wheel easy to find at best buy and customer service was great .

The steering wheel lookes fun to use initially but you have to secure it somehow to a table. The steering wheel is also very limited to the games you can use it on. IMO not worth the money.

This was a Christmas gift 2023 for my 12 year old grandson. He loves this

Great for an entry level sim setup, leather quality feels great on the hands, just wish it came with an h gate shifter instead of having it be a $60 addon

Feels very sturdy and well-made. Steering is precise. It's on the expensive side, but you really get what you pay for.

I really wanted to like this wheel. After the success of the G25, I thought it would be great to see an updated wheel from Logitech. This wheel has some amazing features, the forcefeedback detail is well beyond it's price. BUT there are MAJOR issues, mainly the power issue. if you do any research you will find tons of people who have issues. Logitech has deemed it as an "intermittent power failure" rendering the controller useless. I've had a few replacement wheels in hopes that this would alleviate itself, with no luck. Best Buy has been as helpful as they can. I've been in contact with Logitech Support for months and it's just a bad product. I've heard complaints about the one for the xbox one as well but, different stories. I really wanted to see a great product from Logitech but the G29 is just no one of those.

I get home take it out of the box get it all set up install Logitech’s gaming software which I had to research that or I would have never known because they do not tell you. Now since installing the software I thought great I can play American Truck Simulator now. I had to to use the profiler to map the wheel for that game. Which I did. I went into the game settings and it says acceleration joy missing so I unplugged everything followed steps to identify the problem. I just go this thing last night and since I have yet to get it to work. Then the clamping system is just the poorest design I had ever seen in my life. They could have done it better. Anyway the clamp somehow got stuck and will no longer work. I can not express enough how horrible this purchase was. It never worked it made my computer go crazy and that was it. And just to let you know I made sure it was compatible with my computer. That’s when I realized I was out $212.64. ****DO NOT BUY****

Based on other comments, Logitech's quality control is in serious trouble. I purchased the Logitech G29 to enjoy Project Cars and the upcoming version of Gran Turismo on my PS4. I own two earlier versions of Logitech wheels for my PS3 and they worked well--while they worked. I had one die on me, and I"m not a diehard game player, so the dead wheel setup did not get beaten to death. This G29 never worked. I connected the wheel console, the pedal platform, and the power supply, plugged in the power supply to the wall and connected the USB cable to my PS4 console. As I expected, the wheel went through the calibration spins, then returned to center. However when prompted to press the PS button on the controller, presses on the G29's PS button went unrecognized. I tried multiple times, including unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable, and even completely rebooted my PS4, all without resolution. Sorry, but this one's going back to the store, and it will likely be a long time, if ever again, that I buy another Logitech wheel kit.

This wheel disconnects from the PS4 system about once per lap, making it impossible to finish a race without crashing into the wall as your message bar says "Controller Disconnected". Very frustrating.
