This was a bit of an impulse Christmas buy. The feeling of it for playing games is quite realistic depending on the game. It does add a new level to the gaming experience. One bummer is that it needs to be plugged in to a wall outlet as well as the Playstation and it took some work to get everything wired up. Also, unless you have a sturdy table to mount it to you are also going to need to buy a gaming chair to attach it to. Those can be pricey so do your research there first.

I know that they have a newer version of this product but for the price and ease of use, you can't beat it. Performance is fantastic and the plastic doesn't feel cheap. If you do plan on getting this, please do a lot of good, detailed research when looking for a racing wheel/pedal stand, that has good instructions on how to install and setup for play.

I don't know how/why people play that game with just a controller. The feel is nice, lots of good feedback. Just make sure you're attaching it to something sturdy.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is really the only way to play a racing game, and Gran Turismo 5 works with the VR headset too, together makes for an incredible experience- you can be driving and looking out the side windows - the responsiveness felt good from the wheel, would recommend. It was costly though, especially for something that is only going to be used in a limited few games.

All in all a great product though.
