It looks like you tried the options for resolution with different ports and extension cords and neither worked, I'm sorry for that. I also find the button on the side very annoying it is very sensitive and in the middle of doing something if you get any where near this button it goes back a page. and after 14 days you can't return

It was the perfect mouse for everyday use. But then out of nowhere it stopped working. I've done everything I can possibly do to fix this problem but it won't work. After looking through several forums I have found that several Logitech wireless mouses have this same problem which really sucks because they work well.
