Stop working within 5 weeks and couldn’t get my refund

Rarely used but the left click button stops working intermittely and outside of return window.

Too big for small hands. After a while my wrist hurt

When I first got into PC gaming, using a wireless mouse was extremely frowned upon by anyone in the gaming community. I was always told that the time it takes for the mouse to communicate with the PC wirelessly was too valuable to give up. Everyone said that a corded connection was needed if you were going to be competitive. Guess what...not true. This mouse is quick to respond, is light and easy to move, and is simple to figure out. I have never found myself feeling left behind is fast paced games. I don't find myself adjusting the cord like I did my old mouse, and overall I think the in game "feel" of the mouse really fits my playing style. I have actually found myself winning more gun battles when playing games since switching to this mouse. My old mouse, for whatever reason, would only allow two simultaneous inputs at any given time. I always set up my mouse to have the thumb rockers control peak left and right. With my old mouse I couldn't peak, ADS, and shoot and it frustrated the heck out of me. This Logitech G305 will allow at least 3 inputs at once, which has made my gaming much more enjoyable. Batter life on this mouse seems to be pretty good. I have been using it for a week on the single AAA battery that is provided, and it is still above 90%. I which it had a rechargeable battery that I could recharge by simply connecting the mouse to the USB pass through on my matching Logitech keyboard. I don't know how much weight this would add, but with how light this mouse is, it could bulk up a bit and still be fine. Second wish, I wish there was more of a thumb groove in the side of the mouse. My old cheap mouse had that and I loved it. It kept my hand in place and just felt natural. Overall, this is a pretty good mouse. It doesn't break the bank, it does its job well, and feels good doing it. I think it will make for a great travel companion too when I take my gaming laptop on trips.

This is a pretty good wireless mouse. I run it in "performance mode" and I cannot detect any lag relative to wired mice. It is lightweight but not the lightest mouse you can get. The exterior color and finish are high quality. I don't feel the need for rubber grips. Mine is blue and very attractive. Logitech is famous for unreliable buttons. Mine are fine after a couple of weeks. I find that you need to use the enclosed usb extender cable for the wireless usb dongle. When I plugged it directly into my computer several feet away, the cursor jumped all around. The logitech software is still horrible but I was able to turn on on-board memory, put it in performance mode and set the sensitivity. Then I uninstalled the software.

So I've been testing out the Logitech G305 gaming mouse for the last few days and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. Included in the package is a AA battery, the USB adapter, and an extender for the receiver. The extender is great for those with setups where all of the USB ports are at the back of the computer. Connecting the USB receiver to my laptop was simple and the gaming mouse lit up instantly (like all Logitech products) and was ready to go. The shape and size of this mouse is amazing and fits comfortably in my hand. Downloading the Logitech Gaming Software (current version 9.0) from Logitech's website opened up even more options to tweak to the user's specific tastes, including the option to also install the Overwolf software. In the setting you can create user-specific profiles that will be stored on the mouse or computer. Precision is key in most, if not all online PC games and this mouse has amazing accuracy. All in all I really love this mouse and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice gaming mouse to start off with.

I was always afraid of going wireless for a gaming mouse. I know that there will always be a lag, even if it's in the nanomillimicroetcetc seconds level. This mouse however compares so well with my wired gaming mouse (yes, I am ditching my wired mouse for this). The size itself is just right. My gaming mouse which I thought was a standard was a little bigger-- this mouse is sized right (I don't have big hands). It does feel a little flimsy at first-- the make is so plasticky that it seems hollow. When I started using it though, it felt like I was just using my other wired gaming mouse but with a better handle. You can download the G software that makes me customize settings based on the game I am playing, not to mention, customizing the buttons is a breeze. Don't be fooled by the light construction of the mouse-- it is very capable!!

The Logitetch - G305 Wireless Optical Gaming mouse is a great overall everyday and gaming mouse. I feel like this mouse finds a nice sweet spot in size and feel. It fits and feels good in my hand and I like the 2 side buttons for added functionality without being too overwhelming. The wireless connection is strong and the mouse connected right up to my computer with zero issues. I'm not a huge fan of the bigger size models or the ones with 18 buttons. This to me is simple and done right. I will be using this mouse for every day use going forward and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new mouse.

This isn't a gaming mouse. The ergonomics are wrong, and button placement is bad. The back/forward buttons on the side are usable, but not for gaming. The DPI toggle is on top, but there is no scroll wheel toggle. This mouse is going to go into my backpack, for occasional laptop use. There is no left/right on the scroll wheel. This is a basic mouse that's good for browsing. Being that's it's 'Lightspeed' it's a good value for the money. It's just not a gaming mouse.
