One issue is that it will randomly start going super slow until I press the button on the top of the mouse. Otherwise it typically runs smoothly

It is listed as an ambidextrous mouse, which it is Not, really. Stupid, annoying side buttons on the left, which could not be turned off, kept jumping everything back or forward (the default behavior). I do have to touch the mouse to use it, after all. It made left-handed use entirely too frustrating. I returned it, instead of throwing it at the wall.

The battery also seems to last long and gets me through my day just fine. I would definitely recommend this mouse to someone who doesn't need RGB.
