The one at works gets used 8 hours a day and left click doesn’t always register. No issues on the the at home mouse which i average about 2 hours a day.

It seems like the dongle has lost proper connection from the mouse and the pointer is stuttering and, most of the time, unresponsive from mouse movements.

It looks like you tried the options for resolution with different ports and extension cords and neither worked, I'm sorry for that.
