IMO $50 is a little too much but the $30 I paid was a good price. This mouse is more durable than the $20 ones. I use this mouse for work not gaming and could not be happier. I did subtract a star because I had to exchange twice because it was disconnecting and reconnecting over and over making it impossible to use. Third time is a charm, I guess.

All i did to connect to my laptop was insert the dongle to connect wirelessly and walaa. I highly recommend this mouse
