First thought it needed a software update, which did help for about 2 weeks. And then it stopped working again and hasn’t worked since. If you do a quick google search on this mouse, you’ll find that this is apparently a known problem, which sucks because it’s not super cheap. Thankfully we have a backup wired mouse, but we were really looking forward to having a lightweight wireless mouse for gaming.
