The Logitech G305 LIGHTSPEED is an incredible mouse that completely exceeded my expectations. The wireless performance is absolutely flawless—it feels just as responsive as a wired mouse, with zero noticeable lag. The 12,000 DPI HERO sensor is extremely accurate for both fast-paced gaming and precise work. I love the simple, lightweight design and the impressive battery life. Very light and ergonomic. Great value. Wish it was rechargeable but im used to the xbox battery changes. I bought 4 of them for my family.

Was very iffy of this product, but is one of the best mouse I have owned very light. It’s not big and it’s not small. It’s perfect. Fit all the different settings. Make this mouse unique definitely recommend for all my gaming peeps.

I did my research and chose to go with the G305 after using the Corsair Glaive and Corsair Ironclaw in the past. The mouse is lightweight and fits my hand nicely for a "Palm & claw" hybrid grip that I tend to use while playing games. The response time is spot on and I haven't had any latency issues. This mouse also is powered by a single AA battery. Take that for what you will, I don't mind using swap-able rechargeable batteries.

Solid mouse. Extremely light weight. I mainly got it because I’m done with Razer. The QC on Razer products is not there. I burned through a Razer naga once a year. Logitech typically has better QC.

So it's been two months so far and I will say. . . definitely my favorite. I've used a bunch of Logitech G mice before, such as the G903, G703, G502, and G Pro, and while they were all wonderful mice, they each had their own set of issues (double-clicking on the G903, scroll-wheel on the G703, and Micro-USB for all of them, including the G Pro). If you hate the idea of having to charge a wireless mouse that you constantly use, then the G305 can fix that problem for you. Sure, while not as lightweight as some other wireless options out there since it uses a AA battery, you can mitigate the weight by using either a Lithium AA battery, OR getting one of those battery cap adapters and using a Lithium AAA (could also use foil as some people do. You'll still get A LOT of hours regardless, definitely more than you would with those mice you have to recharge. Heck, you could even get rechargeable AA or AAA batteries to save money over time if you're into that since you wouldn't have to buy batteries as constantly. Only thing about it is that it comes with those black stock skates since it technically is an older mouse, while other mice come out with some nice PTFE skates (would recommend watching YouTube videos on that). Sensor is great, uses the same sensor that other Lightspeed G mice use, so tracking is no issue. For the price, it's worth it. If you can snag it on sale though, even better.

It does everything that I need for a mouse. It points, it clicks, and it scrolls. Bought this to replace a mouse for my work laptop that was thoroughly gnawed by one of my pups. Works great, no complaints, and simple installation (at least on my Windows 11 laptop).

Mouse worked flawlessly for 3 years. No issues great smooth motion. Lightweight and perfect performance. One day it just died, followed all on line workaround and nothing. It would not pair no matter what I tried. New batteries, uninstalled LG HUB and nothing. But with these issues this is still the best bang for your buck mouse hands down.Cant beat the price for the performance. I will be buying another.

Have used a Logitech G305 mouse since 2022, worked perfectly with daily use until I spilled coffee on it. Got a new one, works great. I wouldn't buy unless on sale, but really either way it's good for the price. And it goes on sale often, so try to buy when it's cheaper. There's also not really any reason for a mouse with capabilities beyond this one - this one is reasonably priced and has everything you could possibly need in a gaming mouse. Anything more (price and feature-wise) is just overkill. It's good for any gaming you're going to do and for general work.

The mouse's movement is great all around: no latency, linear response. Clicks easily and quickly as well. The extra buttons seem useful for workflow (i haven't tried them out much - i use different mice for gaming and work). However, I am left handed so it's very easy to accidentally press them. This might not be an issue for righties, except for the center button (which changes the sensitivity). Takes some getting used to, but manageable. The mouse is small. I like this because it lets me grip it in a variety of ways. Others might not like it if it makes their hand hurt.

Very solid mouse for the price. Went from a more expensive mouse from a rival brand, this one has a much longer battery life so far. Time will tell how durable this mouse is compared to the last one I had, but if it lasts more than a year without a broken scroll wheel then I'll be very happy. Even if there is some issue, the lower price point will make it much less irritating if or when that happens.

I fully understand, some people want THE lightest mouse on the market, but I like the comfort of a gaming mouse that only needs me to pop in a battery every month and have zero worries about charging it like my phone, or worse when the battery that is built in can not hold a charge any more, this avoids that problem. So it is light, but not as light as it can be, I also got it on sale with a special coupon at the time of writing, 20% off for handing them a used mouse to recycle (in-store only).

For the last 4 years I have been using a Logetich G502 Proteus Core, and before that I used a SteelSeries mouse. All have been good mice. I really enjoyed my G502, but I was wanting something new for a few reasons, being I wanted a different shaped mouse, the scroll wheel was slick for me and I'd frequently click the middle mouse wheel from side to side too often (which for me would change the DPI). I also found my cords were getting messy and I could always feel some drag with the cable and I wanted that to go away. I never really liked what was offered on the market because of the shortness of battery life or the shape. When I saw this mouse, I was very excited to hear it got 250 hours of life on just a single AA battery! After using it a while now, I have to say I enjoy the shape and size (it's not too much smaller than my G502), and the lighter weight than my G502 is pretty nice too. The side buttons are easy to hit, and I like that it looks bland and boring. Fits my setup of a very nice keyboard with retro-90s keys and the black mouse from the 2000s. The sensor tracks very nicely, and I'd say (whether it's placebo or not), my accuracy has been better in many cases of using my mouse in both gaming and just plain clicking around the desktop. So if you want a no-thrills mouse for gaming or whatever you do, that has an very accurate sensor and great battery life, this is the guy. My one complaint: I don't game all the time, nor am I in Windows all the time (Linux user mainly). It would have been nice to have a switch on the mouse (maybe next to the power switch?) to switch the sensor into the mode with less response time. I don't need 1ms response all day, so it would be nice to have an easier way to go back and forth, especially for folks like me who can't get the Logitech software for our daily OS
