I wish the cord were a little bit longer. Works well with xbox one and you can plug into usb to have lights on the headset.

(Yes, I was using the USB dongle and the official software.) The surround sound has a very weird feeling almost like you are underwater. It made my head hurt. I have a proper 7.1 setup in my home theater; I know what 7.1 is supposed to sound like. This is not that. With surround mode off, it is a comfortable headset, but a little bit bulky and heavy. The sound quality is subpar with surround mode off as well.

Sometimes I have to take them off to make sure that the sound is not blasting that loud and clear in the room. The only problem I have is they hurt my ears after extended wear time.

It’s also very useful that it comes with its own software that you can get online.

Clear sounds and mic as well. Surround sound is good, not the best as you can see in pricing. Everything has its cost. But if you want to get immersive this is a start.

I have an old gamer PC that still runs Vista Ultimate (don't laugh) & couldn't install the drivers, but default settings work well. Better than the older version.

Little surprised there was no button to mute your own mic and I had to adjust chat volumes in the setting but the game sound seems to be working perfectly.

You do have to be a little careful because it’ll make a creaky noise sometimes when you move a headphone or adjust but other than that, it’s great!

Headphones work good for what i need them for. I like the volume control on the side of the headphones vs in the cord. Another feature I like is the mic flips up out of the way vs a flexible one dangling in front of you still. Sound quality isn't horrible but not what I thought it would be, but I wasn't looking for the quality of the $200+ options either. When storing the headphones, the ear pieces do swivel so you can put them in a bag and they will be able to be stored virtually flat in the bag you're using.

Well worth it - the microphone sounds great, and they cancel noise extremely well. They have a USB adapter if you need it, which is extremely convenient. I use them on my pc for gaming and I have really enjoyed them. Great product!

Originally I had surround sound headphones and they went bad, doing only stereo. Boy did I miss the surround sound. Now with these I have that back and zI love it. It is amazing the little things you hear and where they are during the game.

And i notice the improved ear cushion. However the cable is no longer the braided audio cable.. And that feels like a bit of a downgrade.. hence the -1 star
