Honestly, for my first LOGITECH product i'm pretty disappointed. First off I bought these to use for my gaming PC and not any of my consoles. They didn't work well right out of the box - my friends could barely hear me in game chat, discord, warcraft voice channels on teamspeak. The fact that I had to buy a splitter to make it even somewhat better is even more annoying. No one should have to buy another product to make your product work better. I can't say if this same experience would happen on console, but I would not recommend buying this and probably go with a different model or brand all together, Even my HyperX xbox headphones are better quality/sound/comfort etc, and they we're only $40. Ya live and learn I guess.

I could not get the stereo sound and the headset felt kind of flimsy. The sound was like a stock introductory headset. No deep bass sound.

They sound very well but the only problem is the mic, it echoes and other players/people in call can hear your audio

They do not work! Our internet has been down..waiting on a tech which finally camae yesterday, so I could not contact you. I bough the headphones for a class I am taking online. The instructor could not hear me and I could not hear them so safe to say, these were NOT refurbished. Would like a credit and you can have them back!

Works as expected. Got to replace my turtle beach that picked up every background noise. This headset sounds and is way more comfortable to wear for gaming.

It’s a nice headset for gaming and streaming. Sometimes you can hear a radio signal noise but is not something that bothers or last longer.

These broke 2 weeks after purchase. My 8 year old son accidentally hit the plug in with his knee and and it bent, now they don’t operate. He has had much cheaper headphones and never broke them. I decided to get him a more expensive pair because of his responsible ownership of his other headphones. These broke so easily. He was crying and so sad.

Nothing too crazy, was to be wired to the controller so you dont have the full audio support but it does its job

Husband loves his new headphones. They just need to hold up better than the razor phones we used. We'll see what happens in the next 12 months.

Nephew also really liked his new upgraded earphones. Wireless would have been better but he his very practical

Cord separated inside and are now unusable. Definitely not super durable.

Great headphone but the only thing that it's lacking is that the microphone doesn't retract like some others.

These headphones were not great at all I would not recommend getting them

It's good and it works. I think it's a little over priced for the materials and the mic but it works and that's all you can ask for

I love this set, however it does not come with a USB adapter for 3.5mm plug, which I need for my work PC
