Got for my gamer son. Ear pads are comfy and washable. The cord is long and appears to be good quality. So far, So good!

its 2017, this headset cannot pick up my voice very well. its annoying.

This headset gets the job done but it's not perfect. The quality isn't as good as my old trittons, but this also costs half the price. Also when you use the mic it plays your voice back through the headset and there is no way to turn it off. It's kind of annoying at first but i've gotten used to it.

This headset randomly gives choppy rumbly sound in several games, I returned the first one for another just like it, which also did the same thing after a couple days. Logitech customer service is garbage, they make fine mice and keyboards, but stay away from their headsets.

Straight out of the box the left ear doesn't work. Very disappointed. Also warning to all mac users. You can't use the 'surround sound' on them. Logitech G Software doesn't work on macs. Again, very disappointed with this product. Bringing it to a best buy near me.

The headphones work great however logitechs new software make it impossible to get these to work through USB connection. Which is pretty d*mn crucial if you need to use the mic.........

this headset looks nice but u need windows!no review said it is only for windows.i got this very exited but it is not 4 mac. this ruined me 4 getting any of logitech things

Sound is fine, haven't tried mic but I assume it's ok. My problem is with comfort, the cushion on top does not feel good

The headset fits great around the ears but the microphone picks up just about anything in the room. My old headset would pick up the TV and slightly pick up the A/C but this one picks up the A/C like it is right next to the mic and barely picks up my voice. After adjusting the microphone levels it was not possible to have my A/C running and still be able to hear my voice.

The headset is comfortable and the sound is great but the microphone is horrible. The quality of your voice is bad and it has insane background noise. It says it has a noise-cancelling mic but that is a lie. I have a quiet fan in my room that points at me and when i turn my mic on people can hear the fan louder then my voice.

Didn't even own these pieces of junk for 7 months before the posts holding the ear cups to the headband literally broke into little pieces and fell off my head. I couldn't even glue them back together. These things are pure junk. Will be going back to Turtle Beach those headsets lasted me a very long time. Only bought this one because $300 Turtle Beach 800X Elite can't have the battery replaced after only 2 years of use. So bought this to try. Junk. TB 800X Elites. Rip off. Will be going back to TB wired headset.

After a while, this headset is heavy. It is bulky. Just isn't what I want in a gaming headset that I'm going to be wearing for multiple hours.

The headset is uncomfortable and the mic quality is not good it makes your voice high pitched are irritable better suggestions would be astro a10s

Bought this headset on sale. For use on my PS4 Console. Sound is weak low even after updating headset software, and adjusting audio settings, and EQ settings still low. Also adjusted game audio settings still low sound. LogicTech support sucks many complaints on there forums also about the sound. I returned them and bought another TURTLE BEACH HEADSET Best better sound for gaming on my PS4.

Compared to other brands the mic quality is awful. It's as if it cuts in and out when you begin to speak or stop speaking. Along with that there is a faint buzzing noise whilst you talk and the mic seemed very sensitive to sound so if you were to get any louder than an "indoor voice" it amplifies it. Although the headset provided good sound the mic quality was very bad.

This was defective. I waited 1 whole week for delivery and was exited to get a new mic. BUT, it came broken and defective. I even had to try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers 3 times! I would not recommend this to anyone.

Had no real issues with functionality but the headphones consistently broke just above the ear cups where the 4 small screws hold the thin plastic plate down. Went through 2 sets (had 2 yr. plan) before deciding to go to something else.

In all seriousness, the cord tangles up and gets caught. Causing the microphone to break. Not kidding, get a better microphone than this piece of trash.

I have purchased two of these headsets, both have gone defective within 2 months of daily usage.
