    The ear pieces are comfortable, speaker part okay, but not the greatest. Wire is too thin. Our cat bit it and snapped straight through, rendering them useless. I bought a warranty, but unsure if cat attacks are covered. Owned 3 weeks.

If you have not already done so please install the Logitech G Hub software for customization and best experience. Please check your computer’s mic privacy settings, and also setting in the programs/apps that you are using the headset with.
