Worth the price, but get protection plan.

I bought this USB headset to replace an analog (1/8" connector) headset that wasn't working consistently. We were concerned the low volume would be a problem but it's nice and loud. We didn't install the drivers as we didn't care about the lighting. Most important feature for us was the flip up mute, which works exactly like you would expect. When you plug in the headset, it moves the default mic from our webcam (which has no mute) to the headset which is the behavior we want. We've learned with any headset (mainly Xbox ones until now) it's worth it to get the protection plan with Best Buy, because inevitably a problem will happen sooner or later, and the plan lets you get a free replacement.

Comfortable to wear & Good Audio

This headset / microphone enable participation with comfort. In between meetings, the audio enables the user to enjoy music while working. I highly recommend.

A good buy for a budget gaming headset
