This headset is very good. The sound quality and the quality of the microphone is really good. It looks cool. It was kind of uncomfortable at first, but the more i wear it, the more comfortable they get.

I had purchased this item as a birthday gift to my son that happens to be in a wheelchair, but for some reason it was crackling when I was talking to him. But with the help of the employees they were very helpful letting me know that I can exchange it for replacement. He's very happy with his new headphones that work perfectly for him!

Had two sets of these since purchasing it a few months ago. 5 stars for Best Buy replacing the first headset when the right speaker stop working. I have not had any problems with the second pair but we will see at the hands of a 9 year old. Sound is good, comfortable with some hotspots on parts of the ear, and no problems with the microphone.

Great headset. I loved how they improved on the 430 model by getting rid of the weird blue cable. Works fine for amateur podcasting.

Good headset sound quality is good first headset I ever had to download software for the computer to get the 7.1 surround sound.
