    Great surround sound gaming headset

Great headset for the price, comfortable, one of the only cheap headsets with GOOD surround sound. Only problem is you shouldn't expect it to last more than 2-3 years of consistent use, less if you're rough with it.

I work at a call center. At the moment because of Pandemia I am working from home and these headphones have saved me! They are great as blocking outside noise, to mute is practically easy sound is great it clear and loud easy to adjust volume too. I know,I know these type of headphones are not the ones that you would consider using for work on a laptop or computer but believe me I have been shopping around for a lot even expensive ones do not work as great as these, I am buying my second set to gift to my son for his games It's going to be fun with this quality of sound!

Hello Malcaraz, Very glad to hear how much you're enjoying the G432 Gaming Headset as you find yourself working at home. I highly suggest that you download Logitech's G Hub software which will help your G432 run optimally by allowing to customize EQ settings, microphone sensitivity, and will also alert you to any needed firmware updates to download when they become available. Here's a link to the download:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024841293--Downloads-G432-Gaming-Headset. Hope that you find this useful and that all continues to go well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

    Good Headset

This headset is adequate for a budget priced headset. The sound quality is good. The volume control is on the headset not on the wired cord which I find to be a better design and less prone to fail than if located inline on the cord. This headset is large and fairly heavy. The swivels on the heads allow for better adjustment than many other budget headsets. I wear glasses though and find that my glasses will pinch some after wearing for anymore than about an hour. This may be one downside of any over the ear headset.

Initially I thought something was wrong with the headset that I bought due to the maximum volume being very low. I test with and without the USB adapter and made sure the volume wasn't down on the left ear cup. It wasn't until I connected them to my PC and made changed to the audio setting that they started to sound good. Audio is very clear and mic is a noticeable improvement over built-in laptop mics or EarPod mics. The cups are comfortable over your ears so you can use these for a good while before you begin to fatigue.

Bought this looking for a solid budget friendly headset. I play games that need sound cues and this headset is accurate and has good sound quality. Fits moderately comfortable on my head. If you’re not looking to pay hundreds for a gaming headset this is what you’re looking for

After using these headphones on by my PC and PS4 via the provided USB adapter (it does also come with a 3.5mm jack splitter as well) I have found these headphones good. They're comfortable over the ears and the sound is crystal clear. The drivers are also very easy to work with. The only one thing I find not the best is it feels like these are a little quite, but definitely not a deal breaker at all. Especially at the asking price point these are perfect.

Comfort and sound are amazing. The comfort and versatility are great for anyone looking to stream or start streaming. Only flaw: volume control. Unfortunately with this headset there is no volume control. So the only option you have is going through your system settings. Outside of the volume control, these headphones are highly recommended. It's a great headset to start your streamjng career!!!

Perfect for gaming. Only con is that I wiah the ear cups were larger. I have big ears so they get sore after little, but otherwise perfect. Great sound quality. I use it on my ps4 and my xbox.

The Logitech headphones are exactly what I needed to enable me to take on a new job task. I am able to record voiceovers for videos with the very best of sound quality. I knew that it was a reputable brand and very affordable at the Best Buy price, but the comfort and external noise canceling capability far exceeds my expectations. This makes it unbelievably easy for me every time I record the next script. Love them and Best Buy delivered them overnight so that I could dive right in to my new assignment. Thanks.

These are great for Skype, Zoom, and Teams meetings and/or conference calls. Very comfortable and block a lot of the noise around you so you can focus. The mic does a good job of picking up mostly your voice and not too much background noise. The surround sound is very realistic. The one ding is, like others mentioned, for music not much bass...but I guess that is not the true point of these gaming headsets!

I recently broke my Logitech G Pro headset and decided to go for something cheaper so I bought this. My plan was to just use it until i had enough money to buy a more premium headset. But honestly, this headset is very comfortable for me (and I have big ears and a big head) and the mic is really good. The biggest thing that I dislike is that it’s a bit scary putting the headset on sometimes because you feel like it could break easily. But with Best Buy’s geek squad 7 dollar 2 year warranty, It’s totally worth it.

Only reason its getting a 3 star and not lower for me is because it is SOO comfortable. I am able to wear this set for hours without issue, particularly with a hat on other headsets put too much pressure on the top rivet thingy and it tends to hurt. This headset I have not had any issues with that. Unfortunately that is the only good thing for me. Pros: Comfort, Ease of use Cons: Poor audio quality, Bad DAC use, Horrible software. To elaborate on the cons here the audio quality is terrible whether its coming directly from the audio ports or if it is coming from the included USB DAC. Unless its a dedicated PCI DAC most headsets are not going to have good audio coming from the USB versions, however this USB DAC is by far the worse I have used myself. On to the software... Logitech has moved away from the Gaming software of old and moved to this odd G Hub thing. Its not hard to set up and run but it doesn't seem to hold the profiles that get set and the different DTS options do nothing to the audio of the headset itself. (I'll count that as a DAC issue as well). If it had better audio this headset would be a keep but because the only thing going for it in my eyes is the comfort I will be returning it.
