Great headset

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Both the microphone and the speakers continually unexpectedly shut off, and I have to unplug and re-plug the USB, or make other adjustment, to get my system (Windows 10 PC) to recognize them again. They'll work for a while, then it happens again.

The only problem I have is that is will sometimes give a pop sound or cut out momentarily and then when it comes back it will be at an unrealistically loud volume and the only way to fix it is to unplug it. Also sometimes it will just stop recognizing the input when im on calls with people and i'll need to unplug it and plug it back in.
