First off, the sound quality is pretty good for this price range. They can sound a bit "tinny" at times, but overall there is a decent balance in sound, with maybe the higher frequencies being a bit rolled off. These are a jack of all trades headset, with a standard 3.5mm cable for consoles, plus an included USB and audio/video splitter for PC use. The surround sound works pretty well for PC games. I can't comment on the support for DTS:X. The headset feels fairly cheap, with everything feeling like lower quality plastic. Not sure how durable these are, but I would be use care when handling them. The mic and 3.5mm cable are fixed, so there's no replacing either if they get damaged. The mic works better with PC than consoles, where the sound becomes thinner and softer to those you are playing with online. These aren't the most comfortable of the headsets I have tried. They have a little bit of clamping force that can become irritating after a while if you have a larger than average head. The ear cups aren't very soft and have a cheap feel to them. Your ears will get warm after using these a while. Ear cups don't appear to be removable. These also do a poor job of blocking out external room noise, which also means they have a lot of sound leakage. Overall, not a bad headset, but for $10 more you can get the Logitech G-Pro headset, which is of a higher build quality and more comfortable to wear. G-Pro also has a detachable mic and cable. If you can catch the G432 on sale for around $50 they would be a solid choice.

Amazing audio quality, mic is decent enough.

First off, the audio is insanely good. The surround sound is amazing, and I love the adjustable wheel on the left side. The cord isn't too long, but not too short, either. Overall, the sound quality is amazing. The microphone is decent, but could've been better. It's definitely easy to hear people and understand them, but it almost sounds like your talking in an echoey room. The mic is still good, and people will definitely be able to understand you perfectly. I've noticed that the earphones are a little creaky when you move them, but I've only noticed it when I put them on and off.

This headset is a great value option for a gaming headset. It's compatible with all systems so for a serious gamer who has all systems or even one system and a PC this is a great headset for the money. I personally would recommend stepping up to the next level for a few more dollars as it offers surround sound options. This one is simply stereo, which is expected in this price range. Mic quality is excellent, the cord never seems to get in the way or anything. The pads over the ears are comfortable to wear for a few hours in case you get on one of those winning streaks online that you just can't put down.

I've always been a fan of the Logitech G430/G432 Headsets. They have great sound quality, great 7.1 surround sound, high-quality microphone, and the added volume rocker on the side cup is a great addition. But the build quality could be better and that's where it loses a star. After 2 years, I often end up switching to another G430/G432 because a piece of the connector on the headset breaks and the wire is exposed and loose. First 2 years are heaven though.

Good Quality sound, comfortable fit, USB-adapter

The sound is good - I've got nothing bad to say about it - I may not be able to drone on and on about the 'range' of the sound, how it handles the highs (treble?) or lows (bass?) - but i like the quality. On another note, I also like that it came with a USB-to-Headphone Jack adapter. I wonder if with minimal effort I can get an adapter that would let me attach the USB connection to, for example. USB type C or lightning adapters, which might allow me to connect to my mobile phones or tablets. If that works, the USB adapter may have a longer life than the headphones do, because it is a separate adapter, and it seems i break a lot of headphones frequently (i.e. wires cut, or speakers blown, etc.)

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these headphones were. Sound control was well located on the left ear near to the microphone. Sound quality is quite nice and range is good as well.

First thing I like about them is the rgb lighting. Does not do a whole lot for functionality but when on long Skype chats it is fun to be the most stylish in the conversation. These are my first gaming headphones. They have great sound that requires the software being inatalled and configured. I like the options of using them on a pc, mac and gaming console like my Xbox one. They serve a multi purpose. The parts that are not so good is there was not a case included for travel. No adapters like usb-c for future devices. If you do not install the software they are just really expensive headphones. Again I think the quality of Logitech shows here.

I picked these up for testing because I expected the company that owes Astro would now have the same quality product. Not the case for these! I understand that at this price point I was not going to be Wowed. But I should have at least been satisfied. First off, I am an in no way bashing Logitech. I have a bunch of their products and swear by them. Even these head phone are designed and built very well not to mention super comfortable even after wearing for several hours (don't judge :^). However, the overall sound loudness is where I lose interest. I don't want my ears blown out, but I do want to hear everything as good as the developers intended and these miss that mark. When I compare these to several other pair in the "Same product category" the G432 model are much quieter than the rest of field, even at max volume on the well place volume adjustment wheel. Again, not saying that they don’t work just saying that the sound is about as good as your tv can pick up. When I put on a pair of headphones to game, it is so that I can have an edge which I do not feel I gain here. My thoughts are for the value that I can assure you these are, they best suited for perhaps a younger person or someone with sensitive hearing.

I am primarily using this as a work headdset. Most reviews will likely be greared toward gaming, but I wanted to address what a great business headset this is. I have VOIP for a work phone system and everything is crystal clear with this product. While there may be more telepony features on other models, this one offers the outstanding sound for playing music in addition to the great microphone. I have replaced my other headset with this and it’s hands down a quality product with outstanding sound.

I got it awhile back, but stopped using it for quality reasons. Dont get me wrong, the mic sounds amazing, sound quality is good. But when I have the mic up (physical mute), its captures sensitive sounds even though it should be muted. it also is sensitive enough to capture noises when you aren't making any.

The sound/mic quality on these headphones is incredible. I spend over half of my day, every day, using these during gaming sessions and conference calls. The cord is extremely long, which allows me to open my office door, if needed, without removing the headset.
