    Great product - but no instructions or references that are easily referred to.... Good expertise from Best Buy. But the product and packaging contain no descriptions of the buttons, what they are and how to use them. Logitech offers an on-line pdf that is formatted for an unknown type of paper - strange.

    Purchased for a gift and only to find out that the microphone didn't work so now I have to figure out how to exchange it during a pandemic where they are not honoring returns ... It's quite annoying but hopefully Best Buy will act right this one time...

    Great looking product. Looks great. The only criticism - why it's a 4 and not a 5 - is the microphone is not as well constructed. In less than two months we had to order a replacement (this order). The casing cracked in two pieces from wear and tear.

    Great sound quality but the microphone when it is folded up will flicker the mute sound in the headphones like the connection is bad. I have to keep the mic popped out the whole time. Kind of annoying.
